no he aint the most important player after falcao?! diego costa this season was much better. also their DMs are really important (mario suarez for example). arda turan is decent, but nowhere near "most important" player. also his statistics are average at best. decent player, but surely no starter. same goes for burak. seems to be, that turkish people are overrating their national players.

as you said, jese is an immense talent...and mourinho never picked him up. yeah, most of them havent got the quality, but mroata, jese, alex fernandez for example could've played more often, they are great talents. but as you said, mou was and mayber never will be the youth-developing coach like for example a Van Gaal is.

Dzeko is much much much better technically than Gomez. and even comparing mandzukic/lewandowski to Gomez is a disgrace.
