he is an inside-forward. when he gets the ball, he goes inside and shoots/passes. what more can you do, to be a inside-forward?! its ilke saying robben is an unorthodox winger : but at all, its just playing with names positions. his playing style is schürely more to get inside, instead to stay on the wing and cross. and he HAS a good shot. CR also often shoots and not always hits the target, but nobody will doubt he has a great shooting-technique. same goes for schürrle. he has scored a lot of screamers...
-
though his art of speaking is kinda harsh, he is right. schürrle is an inside-forward, not a winger...he aint crossing or something and not running trough the line. he has stamina, pace, speed, technique, a very good shot, is quite creative too. but he aint no "winger" as maybe Valencia is or A. Young.

18 millions? 4 times as expensive? that would suggest we would get sneijder for 4,5 millions ?! as i said in my previous post, I want a different type of player...we dont need any playmaker anymore. we have enough of them. we need one or two proper CM/DM. what is achieved by speaking to the player? like sneijder will say "no, please dont sign me, i'm playing awful"?! like a conversation can convert someone playing bad in to someone playing good. futhermore, that were just some names out of my head. i am no CFC scout. they should have the options, not me. thats for what they are paid for. Sneijder would be an awful transfer IN MY OPINION. maybe Mou has a different opinion, I dont know.
-
of course it was exagerrated...but you know what i mean. and neither pandev nor cambiasso/mota were so influencial as Sneijder. he nearly created all chances for them. if he wasnt exceptional in the CL 2010, than I dont know what for you is exceptional?! dribbling past 10 players and scoring from 50 meters? capoue for example. or de rossi. or alcantara for 18 m euros. or van ginkle. or strootman. or benat. or or or...thats just some guys top of my head, and I dont have 10 scouts working for me tbh. i dont have to have a clue to know, that someone like Sneijder, who has a big name in football, would come here to play for peanuts. of course he would not be asking for 7 m per year or 10 m, but still more than enough for a squad player. and its not just fitness and motivation. he just aint the player he was before. its no coincidence that he is playing bad for 3 years consecutive...and you cant blame it just on "managers". its his own fault. and I wouldnt call Fatih Terim a bad coach tbh...especially in terms of motiviataion. he is one of the best motivators in the world. sneijder is just a player who lost his spark and I dont think he will ever get it back. its just the same with Kaka...no manager can fix this.
-
no he aint like gomez. technically, he is much, much better. he can contribute to build-up play and can hold a ball. also his first touch is much better. he is moving more on the pitch and is also sometimes on the wing etc. he aint just waiting for passes, he can also create by himself.
-
Sneijder for sure isnt "overrated". but he has been awful for 2 years or even something more. he aint no where near his form of 2010, where he was absoluetly world-class and could destroy teams on his own. since then, it was like a big big downfall. also at madrid, his 1st season was good, his second one was awful, after that madrid sold him. he even by himself admitted, that it wasnt fair that he was playing in the starting line-up, because his form was bad. dont know why people rate him so high here..if he would play good, ok, but he is playing bad and even in TURKISH league..we arent talking bout germany there are much other options available on the market, futhermore his wage demans arent low for sure. in the CAM we have Oscar, KDB (if he stays), Mata and even if all arent available, Lampard. Futhermore we can change the system to 4-3-3 without any real CAM. We should buy either a proper CM or a proper DM and not an attacking-midfielder, who is way past his prime. and this argument "mourinho will get him back " is just hypothetical. mourinho aint no wizard who is getting all players back in world-class form. essien aint the essien he was before, even playing under mourinho. benzema hasnt improved really under mourinho etc etc. he is a coach who surely can do this, but he aint a magician. Sneijder just lacks the pace and physical form from his good days and also seems really to lack motivation and hunger for the game. he wasnt subbed against Madrid both times by accident - he was just the worse guy on the field (or nearly the worse).
-
you made me lol hard tbh. brining youtube videos as a proof, that he aint playing shit? do you know any galatasaray fan? if no, than its your problem not mine. i know some and all of them say he plays shit. and also he was subbed against madrid, because he was playing bad etc. its no secret that he sucks at Gala and most fans dont even want him there to be anymore. but yeah keeo on posting your funny smileys and youtube videos. I think if Scolari/AVB or anybody else would be our manager and he wanted this player, there would be much more critisicm. but yeah as Mourinho is god, everyhting what he wants is good and right. even signing players who have lost their hunger for football and play bad for 2 years (not a short a period tbh). he aint even playing for netherlands anymore. this would be schürely a step backwards and not forward. beside even talking about the tactical thing, that he has no place in this team

there will be a meeting between mourinho and völler tomorrow at Michael Ballacks farewell game. after that, maybe there will be something new.
-
yes, as you say, WAS. he has been awful for 1,5 years or 2 years. people want to splash cash on players who play good and are in their prime and not declining. also his wages are extremely high. Not all people are here Mourinho puppets who celebrate everything he does. IN MY opinion this transfer would be awful. he is no CM, futhermore he is playing bad for a long time. also injury prone. funny how people want to give the youth a chance but at the same time want to get a declining player, because he offers "experience": experience brings you nothing, if you dont play good.
-
would be a bad transfer. he aint the sneijder he was a few years before. he is playing bad for galatasaray...only think that would be good, maybe his low price. and he aint no CM too, so i dont know where he should fit.

Sky Sports News @SkySportsNews 15m Mourinho will be joined at Stamford Bridge by Assistant Coaches Rui Faria, Silvino Louro and Jose Morais. More now on #ssn

PARTY HARD...THE SON IS BACK AT HOME OE OE OE OE

according to Zorc, De Bruyne only wants to join BVB and not Leverkusen http://www.spox.com/de/sport/fussball/1306/News/borussia-dortmund-michael-zorc-kevin-de-bruyne-will-nur-zu-uns-bayer-leverkusen-christian-benteke-holzhaeuser.html

we have lukaku and he and benteke are kinda similiar...wont make any sense to buy him. i think that lukaku is even more talented than Benteke.
-
30 mio wouldnt be enough..we paid like 20-25 millions for him and he has improves since then?! why should we sell him and make a loss with him, when there is no need to do so. Luiz can only get better with a manager like Mourinho, he has the passion, the skill, the talent and the determination to do so. and in terms to FFP: think we dont have a problem with it. even if we buy cavani for 60 m on a 5-year contract, it would be like 12 m per year for him. also, who are the options instead of him? dont see that many good CBs on the market?!
-
as if city would sell him to a liga rival....
-
it aint about "favoring". it would be just a dumb decision in my opinion selling Luiz...and he would really strengthen one of our most hated clubs in recent time. futhermore, who could replace him and is better than Luiz? Luiz has his faults yes, but you can sort them out. if muorinho comes in and sells Luiz, would be a huge letdown. and in these board there are some people, who arent blind marionettes who nick and accept everything Mou does...they are really people with own opinions.

According to AS, Jesus Navas will sign for City. the transfer fee should be around 30 million euros. http://futbol.as.com/futbol/2013/06/02/primera/1370188290_508732.html if thats true, would be another bs transfer from City. he is nowhere near worth 30 mil..and also really one-dimensional in his game. Isco would be the way better choice for this money. Also Navas is rumoured to be homesick. marca also reporting. fee to be 25 mio + 5 on objectives http://www.marca.com/2013/06/03/futbol/equipos/sevilla/1370216061.html
-
would be great...we are no club to play games with. they are under pressure to sell him, not we are. he can go for 14 m next year, so yeah keep hold off him . still think that its just tactic so the deal will go through.
-
^ so you want to tell us, that madrid will go into next season with 1 striker in their squad?! (Ronaldo is playing on the wing).
-
his agent already denied..there has been no contact between him and neapel.
-
Yarmolenko is really good, was Ukraine's best player at the Euros...he has pace, trickery, is strong etc. milan was interested in him for quite a long time. but dont know if he is good enough for EPL...hasnt really proven himself. but he would be a decent squad player, if not too expensive.

^ draxler would cost much more (release clause is rumoured to be 45 m or somehting like this)...and he aint worth that much. also he has just signed a new contract. and yeah, rating schürrle by a game, where he wasnt fully fit, whole team played s#it and it was an meaningless friendly...just dont do the mistake and rate him by his Bundesliga Games and if we are into funny comparisons: podolski > mertesacker.

its funny to see, how people are underrating pellegrini. think that they will be massively shocked by city next season. pellegrini is a great coach. only because he hasnt done so well in madrid (who would, if your president is buying you crap players like Kaka and forces you to sell robben and sneijder), doesnt say that he wont be good for city. they clearly have the squad to play the football he likes and he will definetely take them to the next level. the league will be really though and beside this, Mourinho is a good coach yes, but there are other good coaches in the world too, believe it . and you should never underrate United and I think that even Pool will be better than this season. so people should calm down and lower expectations- we wont dominate the league like we did in Mourinhos 1st year...

if he doesnt wants to move, let him stay there. dont want to have a player, who is playing half-heartedly
