Just wow - that people are still complaining!
If we keep doing what we are doing - we will be Champions...
Tactics are called tactics, because you change them according to the opposition - if we kept playing the same attacking football as with Liverpool - we will lose out! Liverpool needed a draw, they lost - BAD TACTICS
City are our main rivals - the aim is not to let them take more points off us, than we gain from them! Job is 50% done!
I'm just shocked and saddened at how low this forum is stooping lately... Can't we just be happy?
Best squad for years, best transfer window for years, manager who knows what he's doing and sitting on top of the table... The way this forum is you'd think we are Newcastle...

I don't get most of the posts here.
Some people here NEVER watched Mourinho's Inter and Mourinho's Madrid. He took a lot of risks with both of those teams. He isn't just reactive manager - although he's that as well. He's a manager that tries to do everything he can to win and he makes a few mistakes in the way.
I'm royally pissed at him for making me resent Didier. That's not Didier's fault. He tries and fights, and runs, and does everything he can in the matches, the problem is he can't do much, he's been shit lately, he's 36, he's a shadow of a footballer, not simply of his old self. That's Mourinho's mistake.
We had a more than shaky defense for most matches so far, so he set up a team that would offer cover to that frail defense. We did a great job through and through defending. Iva/Schurrle made a mistake that cost us a goal, you can't blame Mourinho for that.
I hate his insistence on playing Drogba in important matches and I hope he can let it go, otherwise I will be really, really disappointed, but other than that, I don't see what horrible mistake he did today. Costa was unlucky not to make 2-0. We played better when they were down to 10, Mourinho doesn't play in the pitch... we were only dominated with one more man in the pitch after Lamp's goal. It's a normal reaction if you ask me, that was awkward and difficult for the players to deal with. Mourinho made mistakes today, but the overreaction here is 1000x times worse than any mistake he's done.
This shit, reactive manager that owned everyone in the transfer window has his team at the top of the league unbeatable and with 3 points ahead of flukes and 5 points ahead of the closest title contender. Get a grip or go support Bayern.

zyzz reacted to Madmax in 🇪🇸 Diego Costa
I'm watching this show called 'Football Today' on Premier League TV. There's a Daily Mirror journo on the show called Andy Dunn who narrated an anecdote that supposedly happened in one of the early season training sessions.
Apparently Diego Costa summoned Oscar towards him and asked him to gather JT, Gary Cahill and Branna so that he could translate to them something he wanted to say. Oscar calls them all, they're standing in a circle and Costa tells the boy to translate this message - "I'm going to war this year and I want the three of you to come with me."
I have a boner.

Fabregas: Mourinho, Chelsea told me what I needed to hear
Q. When did you decide to go and why?
A. I started having the idea after the Copa Del Rey final, when I started thinking that there might be a change or it might not make sense to continue.
Q. Did you talk to Luis Enrique?
A. No. I informed the club a week after losing the League, from London, in the week off before the World Cup. I called Zubizarreta. And from the answer, I felt I was doing them a favor, it was good for them and for me. I talked to my manager and told him to look for a new team. The offer from Chelsea came and for me it was back to London, the place where I grew up. There was no better way out. I spoke with Mourinho and he told me things I needed to hear, I felt valued, I felt it would be an important part of something important.
