For me and Jose Lampard / Ramires is the best . He has said nobody will be signed in January that leave us vulnerable if Mikel is the back up ,he was awful in Basle (that performance was typical of us with Mikel in the team,slow and deep) and is a major reason our away form has not been good recently . All good opinions though but Jose's is the one that counts and I new he would recognise our problems in there with Mikel doing little or nothing . Rammy and Lamps take the game to the opposition ,Maka did not just sit like Mikel does he would try to win the ball as high up the pitch as possible and see 1 st time forward passing to help us counter .

Jose is not stupid ,he knows alright . We need someone else to help lighten the load on Lampard/Ramires our first choice, because the back up is not good enough.

Impossible to pick a team because rotation is the name of the game at the moment,but we need to win and whoever is picked needs to perform and secure the win however it is achieved ,long ball ,great football,kicking match, whatever is served up over the christmas period you need to deal with it and come away with the points if you want to win the league. We have not been up to it in recent seasons, I am sure Jose knows what to expect and has the experience to deal with the different challenges this period brings .

I think it is more that he has worked out that JT is still our best defender to be honest with Cahill at the moment .

By the way Mo Salah was all down to Ivan sleeping I am sure Jose mentioned that .so one slip against West Brom against David at the moment is why he is being picked ON MERIT. Please do not try to second guess Jose on how to organise a defence. When Luiz learns and hits form with the right DM in front of him he will be at Chelsea for a long time ,I have faith in him that he will be a great player for us one day with Cahill ,it could be a great future pairing for us ,Cahill gets far too much abuse on here.

I am sure Jose is picking the team on merit and with all play scrutinised fully before a decision is made on who plays.

Actually I will also add their is one other major problem that does not help Luiz and that is our sitter tends to get in his way and complicates thing for him by sitting in his space and your are right he is a wonderful ball playing centre half not defender at the moment.

Wel that will be Jose and me in one corner ,the best defensive coach in the world and others in another ,i rest my case . David has a bit to learn about defending maybe he is a warm weather defender ,by the way I still believe he can be one of the best in the world when he focuses properly and stops acting the clown ,he can start by watching John Terry in training FIFPRO world team of the year player five times .

Mourinho is a superb manager , he creates a winning mentality ,the squad problems at the club are not his he inherited them and they will be sorted out after next summer as well ,do not listen to any fanboys who have David Luiz listed as their favourite player,it tells you all you need to know about them and not Mourinho. This is all about Chelsea winning not Brazil .

I do the partnership is looking very secure and strong,giving us the stability and security every team needs from its centre back pairing .

I am quite happy to see him on the bench ,it only annoys me when he plays .
