  1. And therefor: Press Summary of Agenda 21 (based on the final text) On 22 December 1989, the United Nations General Assembly called for a global meeting that would devise strategies to halt and reverse the effects of environmental degradation "in the context of increased national and international efforts to promote sustainable and environmentally sound development in all countries." Agenda 21, adopted by the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development on 14 June 1992, is the international community's response to that request. It is a comprehensive programme of action to be implemented "from now and into the twenty-first century" by Governments, development agencies, United Nations organizations and independent sector groups in every area where human (economic) activity affects the environment. The programme should be studied in conjunction with the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development and the principles for the sustainable management of forests. These were also adopted at the Conference, known as the Earth Summit, which was held from 3 to 14 June 1992 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Underlying Agenda 21 is the notion that humanity has reached a defining moment in its history. We can continue our present policies which serve to deepen the economic divisions within and between countries; which increase poverty, hunger, sickness and illiteracy worldwide; and which are causing the continued deterioration of the ecosystem on which we depend for life on Earth. Or we can change course. We can improve the living standards of those who are in need. We can better manage and protect the ecosystem and bring about a more prosperous future for us all. "No nation canachieve this on its own," states Mr. Maurice Strong, Secretary-General of the Conference, in the preamble to Agenda 21. "Together we can in a global partnership for sustainable development." http://www.unep.org/documents.multilingual/default.asp?documentid=78&articleid=1163 I sure hope we will execute this...
  2. I think we have a pretty good idea... 30% of their budget goes into their military human rights are heavily restricted (no free speech, everything that comes in the media passes the government) more than 100k political prisoners in inhumane conditions.. nuclear threats some scuds on their town square looks like a lovely bunch...
  3. How so? He has sympathy for the people...
  4. He played the DM role at barcelona (alone) when they were at their best (as a team)... i think he will do fine.
  5. + have you seen City's list of players they want to sell? I really doubt they are going to be difficult this transferseason else they'll end up paying more wages for their reserves than their actual squad.
  6. Yeh any complaints about us belgians you can forward to CptSting.
  7. Exactly what we need... ------- Yaya ------- ----Oscar-KDB---- Mata--------Hazard i mean.. rly
  8. Those that followed De Bruyne since his debut at Genk will totally agree with you, De Bruyne has exceptional skills, everything you can't achieve by hard work/experience he has already, at high level, every team he went to, Genk/NT/Werder, he made an immediate impact as if he was there for years already. Its crazy how fast he learns, Hazard has in comparison with De Bruyne, played more games at high level so its obvious Hazard is to be considered better now. But still, if you look at how he did at genk (made them champions, with courtois) at the age of 19 (Courtois was 18) and those 2 were squadplayers at the start of the season and ended as keyplayers/championship winners at the end. And the odds of Genk winning it weren't exactly high. That's one the reason's we compare him with Cruyff, also for him it all looked friggin easy. If i were to compare him with one player now, it would be Pirlo, one of the major disadvantages of Pirlo is his physique (kinda the bottleneck of De Bruyne also, but he improved on that part big time in the Bundesliga, those germans sure train hard ) all other stuff, non physique related, like tackling he can do with ease/flair, same with De Bruyne. But the difference with Pirlo and De Bruyne is that De Bruyne is like 3 years ahead of Pirlo at the same age.... see where im getting at? As for the comparison with Hazard and De Bruyne, in raw talent, De Bruyne has more to offer, but Hazard will always triumph in physique (kinda the same with messi vs ronaldo really), and well another big difference in favor of Hazard at the moment is his crazy technique, but i think De Bruyne can come close in that department. Ow and which Belgian players you liked?
  9. top 5 for me so far: hazard goals vs manutd /aston villa/prague mata vs newcastle oscar vs juve
  10. Our government/law is way too complex, everything goes too slow and most of them aren't worth being in it, we have way too many of them anyways, they never seem to agree on any major issue's (or it is way to late when it happens) so yeh, we pretty much have the worst government possible, and most of us dont even care about them anymore.
  11. This has already been discussed around page 75-77 by the way, Why would we want to get rid of KDB for Shurrle, it wouldnt make sense, especially since we have more use for KDB. Btw, the conversion rates of mata and hazard are (very) high... higher than ronaldo's fe.
  12. About Lukaku, the odds of him totally failing at Chelsea are like zero, this is because, even if he has a bad game, he still has the physique (that wont go away) and mentallity to go for it, and if he's out of form he's the kind of guy that will just start working harder on the field to make up for it. Next to this, as you couldve seen in our last game, we have more use for a striker with high workrate/works for the team with movement off the ball(keeping defenders buzy for mazacar) than someone who will hold the ball long/starts shooting on the goal from impossible angles, make some awesome goal now and then and what not. Also some say we need a targetman with good technique to help us in our linkup play, you should really check out how often we use our ST to link up while we counter...
  13. Can you quit your random trolling? At least make it interesting for us and give some good arguments with it.
  14. I would go for : And then against united Azpi Terry Luiz Cole Mikel Ramires Mata Oscar Hazard Ba
  15. His + Oscar's crossing and lukaku's heading could become quite undefendable
  16. Yeh he made the difference for us there, prolly his best performance so far
  17. Yeh they made the safest "bet" and a good/succesfull one, but its doubtfull he wouldnt have been able to play much games here already considering the amount of games we played this age/what we lack in pivot. And he was already quite good before the year started or he wouldnt have gotten the role he had at werder from the start i think .
  18. And nearly all of them make more than 110k/week so what the heck is your point, apart of the attempt to name players you think are at the moment better than Hazard?
  19. His stats posted 1/2 pages ago prove otherwise. And did you even saw him playing already in our NT? Every single game he participated he did well so you wouldnt say so.
  20. The Daily Mail seems to be their source. OT: seems unlikely.
  21. 2:20,5:30, 6:25, 6:40 crosses, arguably better than pirlo's already.
  22. They agreed on the transfer/ hazard wages but they didnt want to pay the 3-5M? to hazards agent And if Hazard aint worth 110k/w , who in the Premier League is worth his wages i wonder???
  23. Yeh he actually is, Eden Hazard needs players who understand his play/are also technical around him to really shine (else he has to do it all by himself) so KDB getting better will also be good for Hazard and i kinda expect Hazard to explode for the first time in our NT this week
