Your discounting the quality that Gary Cahill has produced by hoping Luiz can step up to the plate. That is just wrong and way off the mark. As it stands at this moment in time there is a big question mark over Luiz from Mourinho's point of view. To be a captain it takes more than just aura and ability mate, it's a whole package thing.
