To me that isn't the sign of a spammer, a spammer is someone who comes along and makes a thread for fake passport ID's and one's who make threads to sell Viagra and such like. Contrary to popular belief I can't read everything posted on the forum, neither can any of the staff. Stick him on ignore if you don't agree or don't reply, it's that simple. If you see any wrong doings just report it. Thanks.
