  1. He's as good as a Chelsea kid, he was certainly adopted.. and embraced it 'himself'. I created a post before in this thread explaining how 'Lampard' acted and not the fans, clearly you have trouble absorbing information or just selectively respond to other posts in a tactful way.
  2. It's been confirmed that this will not be shown live, like the last game, unbelievable.. http://www.thefa.com/news/the-fa-cup/2015/jan/fa-cup-fourth-round-tv-ties-announced Why can't the BBC just stream it on their website?, madness that this can happen in 2015.
  3. Messi is pretty much synonymous with the number ten, I remember when Ballack's agent made the 13 shirt part of the deal, which resulted in Gallas leaving because of Kenyon taking it without his consent. If this deal happens (it won't) but if it did.. Hazard would have to take Drogba's 11 when he becomes coaching staff, or go back to 17. Messi without 10, from a 'branding perspective', is like Nike without the swoosh.
  4. Fully expecting there to be some pro-Lampard chants at the Bridge later in the month when we play them, it will just go to show how successful he's been at manipulating the fans. Smart man, I bet he has a good laugh at TOPTB and co cheering his name when he gets back to his mansion with Bleakley. Try telling that to Francesco Totti, Gerrard.. or even Drogba, you can actually be successful in business and have morals too.
  5. Lampard revelled in it and embraced it, he actively encouraged the status, whether it was kissing the badge or professing his love for the club. Being a stalwart at Chelsea was a status that endeared Frank to the media, and translated itself into more commerical opportunities for himself. If you were from the UK, you'd understand that a bit more, in regards to how he played the 'clean' 'professional' 'loyal' image to his advantage.
  6. Costa was worth £30m, buy-out clause or not. Really bad business for City, but that's what you get for not taking risks, Remy-level.
  7. He's not top level proven, he's Remy level, if there were tiers to this.
  8. Add an extra £2m and that matches the fee we paid for Hazard, amazing.
  9. ^ That would be the equivalent of Mr Burns blocking out the sun for the people of Springfield in that Simpsons episode.
  10. Liverpool had to bring Toure on for Markovic against Wimbledon of league 2 ffs, just about sums it up. Shame we didn't get a fairytale tonight, but they gave it everything.
  11. Tubbs should have made it 1-1, the more scrappy this gets.. the better for Wimbledon, they look dangerous from corners/crosses
  12. Wimbledon playing some decent football now..
  13. Allianz Arena landed in the middle of nowhere like a spaceship though.. Doubt we could do the same in a residential area, for the reasons aforementioned.
  14. Not long now until THE BEAST is unleashed upon Liverpool..
  15. At that point in time, he had earned the benefit of the doubt.. especially after all the quotes. There was never an agenda against Lamps, he was a hero of mine, I just react to actions and intentions in an objective way.
  16. It's scary how City always manage to find a winner when it matters.
  17. So basically, the BBC are showing the game.. if anything happens the camera cuts straight to the bridge, no need for shitty radio.
  18. Yea, they just showed the Drogba chance..
  19. BBC1 have shown about 45 seconds of the game in 2 clips.. Not sure if they are allowed to show goals though, because in the 2 times they've shown it nothing was happening.
  20. It is.. BBC1 (FA Cup Final score show) are showing LIVE clips of it as it happens, just not the whole game.
  21. It looks like BBC have the game, they might show it again when we score or if they score.
