Essentially the situation Gourlay and co want to avoid is that of Hazard praising and publicly backing RDM in his first interview. If we haven't appointed a manager by then, it will be interesting to see how the they 'dodge' the managerial uncertainty. Shake My Head

The club won't officially announce Hazard's signing until we appoint a manager. It would be wise to avoid Eden backing/praising RDM in his inaugural interview for example, PR disaster.

When I first started, the first thing I did was get rid of all the players with negative qualities, even if they were good. Not all negative qualities are bad though, like you said. Greedy & cheating players can be useful. I'm surprised you've been successful with two Diva's & two Moody players in the team though.
