Apparently we've lodged a bid for Konate, although the source is questionable. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/czxyyjdv441o

Thats why the Guehi deal would have made sense, Palace are pretty much confirmed to lose him before the window closes and he's a former youth product. Just watch Liverpool wrap it up for 35 million in the next week or so.
-
If the Maignan deal fell apart over 4 million, what makes you think Donnarumma was going to happen? Hate to say it but Sanchez's cwc performances seem to have earnt him another season as #1
-
Saw that rumor about Nkunku being offered in the Simons deal... From Chelsea news page
-
I think we definitely need a quality CB to come in. I just don't trust Chalobah - Tosin with Badi as the only backup against any decent PL team. Fofana (at this point) shouldn't be considered as anything more than a squad option considering his injuries.
-
Yeh because that's what we need, another up and comer to join this already young squad 😆
-
Tonali also left AC Milan for Newcastle, they sold Reijnders to City, Hernandez to Saudi league. They might be iconic but they are just too inconsistent in the league. They should be able to attract top talent and challenge for top 3/4 in Serie A every single season on name alone.
-
maresca was probably asking them "how much can we spend to meet UCL requirement" 😆
-
To be fair, Garnacho's agent was at Stamford Bridge in January, felt like a deal with United was always going to happen in this window Just hoping that it's a reasonable fee, not something crazy like 50 million. 😄
-
Guessing if the Simons deal is agreed this would further tank Nkunku's sale price. These are our "current" attacking players: Neto, Palmer, Gittens, Nkunku, Pedro, George, Estevao. Then we are apparently adding Garnacho and Simons. How is everyone getting minutes 😆
-
He's likely off to Leipzig as Simons replacement, good player on his day
-
We still haven't had any serious offers for Nkunku or Jackson and yet somehow we are going to sign two more attacking mids. I'm keen to see how we register all these new players in the UCL squad 😆
-
Bang average but he'd be a starter from day 1 😆
-
Apparently United turned down the Vlahovic approach as well
-
If Guehi agreed to re-join (seemed like he was liverpool bound), one of the other CB's would be sold, depends upon who Maresca prefers between Trev and Tosin.
-
Kinsella just posted as well, saying that "my figures are 277m out, 219m in" We haven't balanced the books yet but we're getting close. We would need 1-2 big sales to bring in both Simons & Garnacho.
-
They'll probably ask for a cheap loan deal, as usual with the Italian clubs 😁
-
Villa won't sell Rogers (unless someone offers crazy money like 90+ million) and there's no way Juve sell Yildiz, he's like their best talent.
-
The alternative option was Maignan from AC Milan but that deal fell apart over 3-4 million in transfer fee. Sanchez will still be #1 this season (unfortunately)
-
Donnarumma would probably ask for massive wages and the deal would be dead (just like the Osimhen rumors when it looked like he may move to the Premier League).
-
Wouldn't be surprised if Spurs put in a bid, considering Gibbs White wasn't allowed to move from Forest. The other one would be Liverpool (especially if Diaz and Elliott are sold).
-
He was keen on a Benfica reunion just last week, guessing they moved onto another player?
-
I heard Liverpool found another 70 million in their transfer war chest and they want to announce Simons and Isak together 😆
-
Yeh because Atletico went and signed another defender. Madueke/Petrovic sales help but if we're going to spend 70 + 40 to 45 for Simons & Hato, we will definitely need alot more in sales.
-
I just went through the UEFA Settlement agreement doc and it doesn't mention 70 million anywhere. It says we have to have a positive transfer balance in order to register all new players in List A for the Champions League. The Club agrees to be subject to a sporting restriction and, as a consequence, may not register any new player on its List A to UEFA club competitions unless the List A Transfer Balance is positive. • The List A Transfer Balance is defined as the difference between the cost savings from outgoing players (“Cost savings”) and the new costs from incoming players (“New costs”) at any applicable deadline for the Club’s submission of its List A. https://editorial.uefa.com/resources/029b-1e280acc9f0c-a8b2ed192749-1000/chelsea_summary_version_4-year_sa_20250704173903.pdf
