That's why our attacking is rarely fluid, It'll require every single attacker to be in form and making right decisions. That's why we need players who can make things happen on their own in every position in the attack (either by being good one on one dribblers, good crossers, high vision, long range shooters and quality passers). But to be honest, if the organized defence can do their jobs we would be in a better position even with the random attacking style.

It's hard to find strikers who know how to craft chances for themselves

Costa can dribble sometimes, but he has no hold-up play and can't shoot from outside the box. It's not his fault that he's playing for a team that can't create chances but that's how it is for us. We would be better as a team with a striker who can cope better in our teams current situation.

We need better individualistic players in our team since Mourinho is our coach. We need players who can make things happen on their own. I like the idea of us bidding for Gundogan. We need more players who are good at tight spaces and don't lose the ball easily in our midfield. Our midfield easily succumb under pressing these days so we need players who can cope with pressing and still create chances with passes. For our attack, we need another dribbler. Since hazard stopped dribbling, we can't create as much chances as we used to. We need another dribbler that doesn't fall under slight contact and can escape tight spaces. I think Filipe Anderson of lazio would be good. We need a striker who can shoot from distance, has hold-up play and isn't slow. This is the first time in Mourinho's career that he doesn't have one. We need a striker we can lob the ball to when we are under pressure, and he holds up the ball till the players come.

He'll never shine under Mourinho. He just doesn't value technical quality in players. So sell him and put a buy back clause so that we can get him back on the cheap in future

He has what almost all other Chelsea players don't have: An ability to perform when the team is playing rubbish. We used to have essien, Drogba, lampard, Ashley Cole and many others who knew how to perform when its not all rosy. Willian has developed into this type of player along with Azpilicueta. I'm happy for him.

I knew it was bad, but seeing the numbers has proven it right. We've played more defensive against bigger teams than Liverpool but hazard has never had as bad a match as that.

Exactly. It would have been effective if hazard made runs into the box when costa moved left. But we're suffering from the lack of presence

I have no words. There's no way someone with his talent should be playing this poor. Even Adam Johnson of sunderland plays better matches. Something is wrong, hazard was probably having an affair with Eva and Mourinho drove her away. There's no other explanation to why I'm a better passer than hazard.

Mourinho has somehow gotten our attack playing poorly and we can't defend on top of that. At least let's be good in one department. I so miss the Chelsea that knew how to defend properly...

Hopefully we keep the lead, without fabregas I'm confident that we can defend better if we decide to park the bus in the 2nd half.

If hazard can shine with his true talents in the center, getting into the box by making runs off the ball and dribbling towards the 18box with the ball, fabregas can be dropped for all I care if this happens.

How I wish he has a free role, to switch between the wing and center. Let oscar chase clyne and hazard does the pressing in the middle. Hazard needs a free role. Behind the striker in a free role is where I've always felt his talent lies.

That was the major reason I didn't want costa here, because we had willian. But I never knew he was a damn good dribbler, almost on Hazard levels imo. And that's what I've always wanted on the right wing, another monstrous dribbler to take markers off hazard. But we just can never get the type I want.
