I'm a big fan of kante, but if we can't get him, I'll want Aranguiz of Chile. He's underrated and has marshaled Chile to two consecutive copa America trophies from midfield. For defenders, I want a ball playing centreback like benatia or javi martinez of bayern who both won't get a game now that Hummels is there with boateng.

He's a starting leftback for Germany. He's good enough for us. It's not a priority for us though, we need that ball playing defender and a two footed box to box midfielder first.

Good come home, he had a donkey in lukaku who didn't know what link-up play means. But hazard was stingy today though, he didn't linkup with KDB enough. Ashley Williams had more shots than hazard and KDB combined. Time to rest for next season hazard

I would have loved hazard behind the striker, but I'm not confident in his finishing. I want another finisher beside costa in the starting line-up at all times, so that we'll be scoring more of our chances.

I've seen all his videos, he has a very good first touch and ball control and I like the fact that he attacks crosses in the box, willian's crosses might find him a lot compared to our other players. But I've not seen how good he is with shots from outside the box, can he provide a threat from outside the box when westbrom park the bus???

I knew Conte will want to sign a striker who is good in the air and has hold up play. It's integral to his style of play. Now what is left is the centerback that is good on the ball(Bonucci) and the energetic, distance covering, tackling box to box midfielder (vidal) We can get realistic targets like marquinos from PSG and Aranguiz from Chile, it'll complete the team.

If we're selling him, we must get Morata. It's hard to find an upgrade or similar quality to costa

I agree with you except the Giacherinni buying. We have Willian, Pedro and Cuadrado who can play any role he's playing.

Watching Pelle hold up play with both high and low balls reminded me that costa hates jumping. Gomez would be perfect for the big striker role.

We are a better team than Italy, but in the system Conte uses, the ball passing centerbacks and a hold up striker is so important but we are very poor in those aspects.

I worry when I remember this. We also have no striker who can hold up play like pelle........
