I read it in the morning! Gr8 job JT! How can that David Bernstein deny the court's decision! The court has ppl who are educated in Law and some FA man is denying them (I bet this whole decision was made by David Gill whispering in Bernstein's ear about what to do).

I was just quoting an article which I read. I think it's quite obvious to everyone that Torres lacks confidence and has poor shooting this season.

^^ I agree with who wrote the article that he is not instinctively sliding it into the bottom left like most right footers like to do. Far too many shots straight at the keeper. Whenever your low in confidence u tend to shoot straight as u see it as the safest option.

I agree. If they're not going to completely computerise refereeing then at least add a review system(like in cricket) or challenges (like in Tennis). Challenges and review system r the same since some of u might not know about cricket. The refs don't even get a punishment for their mistakes (expect Chris Foy got demoted to League Two after refereeing the UTD's 3-2 loss home to Spurs but he's one of the many refs who's got banned for not helping them). Btw any of u guyz remember Peter Walton? He's refereeing in the USA now because he didn't please Fergie.

I missed the game yesterday but from what I read above it seems that he did terribly. He only has the remaining PL/Europa League games to convince us not to sell him. He still has a good reputation outside the club and could be sold for a huge amount of money.

I agree we will not dominate possession 2morrow. So playing Luiz-Ramires in the pivot might not be a bad idea with Cahill-Ivanovic CB pairing. Especially after how nice Yaya was to him last season.

Sell Ramires? Mikel's our only holding midfielder. Regarding Mr Spiegel's post I'm not so sure about the Ivanovic thing since I think he takes a very low salary so why would u want to sell him? I think he has 1 more year in him and after that I think we will still be able to sell him for a good price since Madrid rate him highly. I don't think he even has a big role currently. Lampard has loyalty to the club he will stay even if his wage is lowered. He can even play a huge role in helping youngsters too.

Yes but since City unlike UTD will have attack and have more possession we'll need Ramires' pace for the counter attacks. It didn't work at the Bridge since UTD were happy to give us possession but didn't want the ball to go to Mata,Hazard,Oscar because of their ability on the ball. That's why our only goal came when Mata dropped deep. We need Ramires, Mikel pivot IMO with Ivanovic-Luiz partnership. Unfortunately Cahill will have to sit this one out despite his performance in the previous tie at the Ethiad. I have a question though would a Ramires-Luiz pivot be good? With Cahill and Ivanovic at CB?

Good article again. Rafa's job is to just get the cup and get us 3rd place. Our players just need to keep improving so we can mount a title challenge next season. Lots of poor decision making by the board has severely delayed our transition. This shouldn't happen again! In any good club the transition doesn't cause as many problems as it has here.
