The thing is......Look at the state we were in when we lost all those games against the other clubs in the "top 4". We were a shambles. When Jose first came in we were winning games 1-0 every other week. Like Jose, Hiddink has us playing comfortably while keeping the scoreline in our favour. More goals will come. 3 points is 3 points and I'll take them everytime thankyou very much What Hiddink has done is steady the ship and done what RA asked of him. He has instantly grabbed the respect of the players and if you believe the rumours he doesnt take any shit from anyone reguardless of who they are. I read that Jose himself is impressed by how Hiddink has turned things around. You cant get much better praise than from the man himself.

Realistically I think the title is beyond us, so concentratiing on securing CL football for next season must be the first priority. If we're comfortable then the CL should be the main focus.

Sun Its good that the fighting spirit has returned, but Ballack should be worrying more about his spot in the starting 11 since Essiens return. Essien has done more in his 2 games than Ballack's done in months.

Mirror I'm not getting carried away with anything just yet, but I'm delighted with the impact Hiddink has had since he arrived. The title is a very long shot.
