I still feel if he hadnt got the media hounding him (Capello) he would have done nothing and kept Terry as captain. Zhirkov is a ready made replacement and if it has to be done then Paulo fits the bill. Any time he's played there he's been very capable. The only concern is the lack of width that'll come down the left if Paulo plays there. We expect our full backs to bomb forward. If he was on the right it wouldnt be a problem.

I support both Rangers and Chelsea, but my first choice will always be Rangers, purely for the fact I've supported them longer....34 years to Chelseas 21. I beg to differ......They are different types of midfielders who offer different things on the pitch. If you had both players bang on form I'd choose Joe Cole over Malouda every day of the week. Joe cole has that extra edge to his game and when he's on fire theres few better who can do so much damage with a flick of his boot.#
