Actually, quite a lot...Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Italy and Germany have done it more than once! Also, Spain didnt win 3 consecutive big trophies because they lost the Confederations Cup twice, both in big fassion. Besides, Spain was dominant for 4 years, because after the Euros they have fallen for the 3rd or 4th favourite spot (behind Brazil, Germany and maybe Argentina). Not that it diminishes their accomplishment, but when you analyse the best and most dominant NTs of all times, Spain falls very short on the list. My point is, there were many more teams in history that dominated for a longer period of time and with much stronger opponents!
-
How can you say Spain was one of the most dominant NT when they lost the Confederations Cup twice and never beat a top South American country?I can name at least 4 different NT generations that were better than Spain. The difference is they got lucky their team ruled in an era where no other country was good enough... Spain was a brilliant team, but sorry, it is not even close when you compare it with Brazil in the 60s-70s, Germany and Argentina in the 80s, Italy in the late 80s and early 90s and Brazil in the late 90s and early 00s!

1 WC and 2 Euros doesnt make Spain the most NT in history. Not even close! Anyway... RIP
-
Why? We had an incredible transfer window, stop complaining!
-
I agree, City is super amazing and no one can beat them! Fuck, why dont we just give them all trophies for the next 5 years or so?
-
Yeah, when we win we are lucky and when we lose we are utter shit! Ok dude, I am not wasting my time discussing the obvious...
-
Yes, but Aguero has the starting position for a reason... Nobody is saying that it will be a given just because City doesnt have Yaya, Aguero and Zabaleta. However, you cant deny it does help A LOT!
-
One game doesnt define a team! You took stats from a bad (and unlucky) game, but that doesnt mean we will play that way in every game... What about our Supercup match against Bayern? What about the home win against City? What about the United game?
-
LOL! You didnt fear one of the best teams in history, but fears an inconsistency Manchester City? The overrating of City on here is quite pathetic...
-
It really isnt!It is not just about City losing points in future tough games, it more about us not being ready to go out there and have a good enough run until the end of the season. Chelsea is still way too premature to revert a 2 game efficit in 14. In order to win the title, we must at least draw. 6 points is too much...
-
I think this is all false, but I like how many people who have got no clue of what a third-party ownership is portray it as some kind of evil doing or modern slavery!
-
Is it tomorrow or Monday?
-
Exactly! We are in need of a defender, even without selling D. Luiz...
-
Exactly, it wasnt such a bad performance. It was just that the resut didnt go our way! Incredible how people are giving up on the title and everything. What did they think? That we would go 100% until the end of the season?
-
I know all of that, and that is exactly why I said that even if Draxler becomes a regular player, someone else will have to be the 5th option and that will cause the same problems we had with Mata and KDB. If we sign more AMs, someone (be that Draxler or not) will ALWAYS be unhappy!!! When we signed Willian, I told everyone here too much depth could be very harmful and that we would be selling at least one big player in January (probably Mata) . No one believed me and now look at it! Sorry, but signing Draxler would be completely stupid and it isnt even hard to see it. If you dont believe that, then you should return to playing Football Manager and leave real life football for those who understand it...

OMFG, HOW DID WE NOT SCORE AFTER ALL OF THIS????
-
Hazard is sooooo good! Too bad he cant win the game by himself...
-
You are shit everyday.
-
We should have scored from so many plays in this second half! Definitely not our day...
-
Get Rambo off and put Matic!
-
@The Skipper, to answer your question: we have played alright in the first half. Not good, but not bad either... West Ham is defending with 11 men, so it is hard to break through their defense. Things are quite difficult and the lack of space is huge! We have tried with some mid-range shots (a few quite dangerous, btw), but at the end of the day we have just been way too bureaucratic with our passing and movement. We need more creativity and speed, but it isnt like the players haven't tried. We even look like Barcelona in a bad day (where the players keep passing to the side while doing nothing productive), but it isnt like we stunk. The only thing that has truly been horrible is our set-pieces, other than that, things were at least decent! Overall, I would realistically give us a 55/100 for our first half performance.
-
It is not surprising anymore! I bet that if one of those shots had gone through, the comments would be about how impressive our 2014 form has been...
-
It doesnt matter if he, especifically, is going to be the 5th choice. Somebody is going to be and that wont work out... I should be the one writting lol to the people who havent learn a thing with what happened with Mata and KDB!
-
10 players inside the box in that last play, TEN!!! Only Carroll wasnt in it...
-
WTF? We are not playing that bad, we are just being a little bureaucratic! Relax...
