  1. I will sadly say that you will not lose any weight (personal experience). You will not gain any though... I know what you mean when saying "I drink a lot". I had 10 welcome parties in 14 days when I entered college. All of them were open bar! Now I only drink once a week (barbecue)...
  2. Wow, nicely done Leif! Mate, I thought you were joking when posting weight stuff in the pub. Sorry... I strongly admire your discipline, I personally wouldnt be able to follow such a planned training. You have already achieved some interesting stats, keep it up. One advice though, dont make use of any more suplements you are currently taking. Never start with creatine and vasodilation, it will look great but will kill you from inside (coach advise). The songs you like just rock, amazing, pretty much the same taste as I do! I am currently in College: Football and Tennis Teams, not really good in any of them, but I still make the team though. The only trainings I do are the ones my coaches ask me to. I havent really got any more time than that. My Current Stats: Age: 18 Height: 175cm (5'8") Current Weight: 73.0 kg (162 lbs) BMI: 23.2 Objective: Maintain the weight, but try to gain more muscles. Programmes: Football and Tennis. Supplements: I dont use supplements. Goals: Enter a workout routine just like yours so I can have a nice, healthy and strong body. Daily calorie intake: Not really sure, I try to eat healthy food (fish, vegetables, etc). I just dont live without my weekly barbecue, though.
  3. You forgot Roman Abramovich is a fucikng cunt who does not respect the fans and legends in any way, making him the worst ever owner of a football club. Lewandoski has more chance of winning trophies with Chelsea than with BVB. Bayern is being so dominant it will be hard to lose Bundesliga or DFB Pokal. Chelsea has CWC, COC, FA Cup and a long shot at EPL. I would want him here, although I think Falcao/Cavani would be better...
  4. Pep is the Brazilian coach just like Redknapp was the English coach.
  5. Globall Coach is an excellent tool. My coach used Tacitical Pad (which is cheaper)...
  6. I know but what he wants is to see something like this: "A Champion to Remember" or "One of the Best Teams in History". He does not care if it comes with a pricetag on it as well...
  7. @Ollie, I think you are being super optimistic in your evaluation of RDM. You cant blame all games on the officials. We were all pointing a lot of mistakes in our team. I mean, some pretty serious ones... We thought they were Di Matteo`s problems to resolve, not someone else`s. I will repeat, it is different to do a wrong move and to do a disrespectful one. He did not treated RDM bad as far as we are concern. Roberto Di Matteo would most certainly improve and could have been the man to lead our renovation, but it unfortunately wont happen. He did not fight with Roman and still welcome in SB. I dont want Benitez here, although he was the best option. Abramovich was thinking the same (he is the better option). It was in no way to screw the fans... The only time he lacked respect with the fans and with a legend was with Wilkins. Anelka and Alex were actually AVB and Malouda chose money over his career. That was the one sad thing that he brought us. Also, he never wanted us to play like Barcelona. He wants us to have a similar formula and reputation but our own identity!
  8. I disagree that the results didnt even count... Abramovich always dreamt of being Champions of Europe but it was kind of holow for him. He wanted to see similar headlines to Barcelona (09-11), instead, he got things like: "Against the Odds", "Chelsea Bought Glory", etc. Which is more than fine for me, not for Roman. His goal is rather ambitious, he wants everyone to aknowledge he made a fantastic team that plays good football. He wants to be remmebered as the man who turned Chelsea into legends like that 1970 Brazil. Atfer everyone saying we did not deserved to win it, he wanted to transform us for this season (which we know is impossbile, but he is a billionare). He wanted other managers but stuck with RDM because executives inside the club asked for it. He had the task of attacking football and to win trophies. We lost to ManCity, to Atletico and EPL lead. He couldnt contain himself anymore and called to see if Benitez was available. The Board plead for him to wait at least until Juve game and after what happened, Di Matteo had no more way to justify himself (for Roman, of course). He desperately dont want to lose CWC, that is pretty clear for me. He did not want to risk another trophy and more points being lost in the league. I know it was fucking ridiculous to give Roberto the job in the first place, but he was doing what we asked him to. Once he had chosen RDM he had to back him up. We all know this wasnt going to happen, he couldnt even back the managers he chose, let alone the one he didnt. It was WRONG, not disrespectful.
  9. AND THE PRIZE FOR LONGEST POST GOES TO...@Virus!
  10. ANYWAYS, LETS GET BACK ON TOPIC! These has taught me two things: 1. Brazil just lost their chance of winning 2014 WC. 2. We might lose Pep to it.
  11. LOL I understand it now, thanks to Spike. I agree, it is definetly a fine line between what is acurate and what is pretensious. I think people need to adapt to whatever situation they are. For instance, I find it rude when Brazilians use english words in the correct way, simply because it is to show off and not to be correct. So when I am speaking portuguese I try to speak with our wrong ascent (names, places, etc). However, when I am speaking in another language I try to follow their respective rules (English, Spanish and German). In your case, I find it ridiculous to pronounce "Paree" to an english speaker. It is hard to know when to use the acurate or the more polite way, but we need to be careful and use our common sense. Specially when we are writting, since there is no intonation. Btw, I love to see how different languages pronounce and spell places and names!
  12. LOL I see now, sorry. Yes, but dont you think it only happens there. People go to New York (american ascent) and not to Nova Iorque, etc... I still dont understand why you asked if it was Brasilian, but that is ok.
  13. Roman must do 2 things immediately. 1. He must find a manager he finally trusts and dreams of. This cant be prolonged anymore, it can not pass the summer. I dont care if it is Benitez, Pep, his wife, whatever. Only then we will have a coach with enough power to do his job and prevent the board `s intervention. This will give us what a lot of people want: stability, identiny, playing style, respect with the legends, connection with the fans, budget contention, etc. 2. Create a decent and capable hierarchy at the club. The way it is cant be sustainable anymore. It is not clear who has power and who doesnt and who directly reports to whom. Everyone thinks they own a part of Chelsea. I think the first action will lead to the second, it cant continue like this. I still trust him though...
  14. I also think it is completely wrong, but I dont think it is solely made by the executives. I think the transfers come from both sides. I mean, the managers get what he wants in some positions but in others they just "recieves" the players Roman want (Sheva, Torres, etc)...
  15. WOW, by your post it seems I did something wrong... I dont know what it is but it seems I answered you in a rude way. It was not my intention, at all. I didnt quite undestand what you were asking so I tried to answer in the most objective way. When you are speaking in portuguese it is Brasil and then Brasileiro, but when you are speaking in English it is Brazil and Brazilian. Obviously you know it is Brazilian so I did not understand your question. I am confused and I bit ashamed actually.
  16. Mate, I did not understand your post.
  17. He said he wont change it for this game. He has confirmed it will remain RDM`s 4-2-3-1. He obviously did not say if he will change any player`s position though.
  18. The ancient men leading our football association are just too cocky to apoint a foreign manager. They still live in the 70s and 80s where we were the best, WERE. It is either Scolari, Tite (Corinthians) or Pep. Scolario is the people`s favourite because of what he did in 2002, Tite is the best manager right now and he might become CWC champion and Pepe is the media`s favourite. In portuguese it is Brasil and Brasileiro. In english it is Brazil and Brazilian.
  19. Because we have the worst football federation in the universe. Seriously, we will end up with Scolari or Tite. There goes our dream of having our sixth champion...
  20. Alright, he does treat Chelsea like his toy. However, you can treat carefully your toy and have passion to it (just like a kid does). His son has clearly shown it... Besides the atrocious way he sacked Wilkins (Carlo has even mentioned it in his biography), I dont think he has done anything really wrong. All the manager firing has proved to be right, except Mourinho and Carlo. With RDM there were a lot of emotions and you saw how I was reacting but after reading some very interesting articles, he was training the team pretty poorly. Maybe Roman saw what happen last year and there is CWC ahead so he decided to change before it gets worse (I personally think it would get better though). We also dont know what the agreement between them was like. I personally dont think he disrespect us. He just does things his way without asking our opinion in any matter, just like a manager does not attend the fans wishes (remember Di Matteo`s defensive wingers?). Sometimes they get it right and make us happy and sometimes they dont. He is a shit person as far as I am concern, but that is private of him. We are not his friends or anything... He helped Chelsea in many ways, not just by winning trophies. His legacy is way beyond that: stadium renovation, museum, store, marketing, fans (real or plastic), etc. I think some people get mad at him because he control things very personally, but when you invest that kind of money it is understandable. Someother owner can easily come, not invest in the club and still be authoritarian. Sometimes I think our fans are asking participation in aspects that no one in the world has, in any kind of institution. What do you think he should do to gain your trust? Do you feel the Board needs to do meetings with the fans, etc? EDIT: I really cant see people hating him so much. It is pissing me off, it really is bothering me (not the hate, my unability to understand).
  21. @zolayes, I am having a really hard time trying to understand why this Abramovich hate has grown so strong in you lately. Care to explain? PS: It is not a joke of any kind, you know the club way better than I do, I just want you to open my eyes on some issues I might be missing. Thank you!
  22. Kez, I cant tell how fustrating this is. I know your feeling... The man I bought the tickets for Munich from was not a real CFC fan, he just wanted to make good money. I got so depressed to give money to him, but there was no other way. That is not Roman`s fault though, he never asked those fans. They come when the team is doing great just to show off. That is one of the prices of success and it explains some the expensive seats lack of passion and voice.
  23. @Fulham Broadway, OMG I CANT STOP LAFFING!!!
  24. I agree with most parts but I think everyone is acting too emotional lately. We can feel angry or happy but when judging anyone we must use our head, not heart. Wilkins was treated very wrongly. However, we cant claim RDM was treated the same way. We dont know what talks they had before the season, what if Roman said RDM would get the job but would still have to prove himself? Di Matteo would know a bad sequence would cost him the job. That being said, it does not take the fact it was an insane move (specially because he did not get who he wanted), not mistreating though. The Russian Czar is not trying to win your heart or gain the passion of the fans. He wants to spend money and create a fabulous team to call his. As long as it benefits him and Chelsea, everyone is happy. Once it does not benefit one of the sides, we will tear apart. That time hasnt come yet! In a strange way, Roman respect the fans more than many owners. He has some authority problems, but it is worth it. He does respect the fans more than everyone is making. We need more stability and professionalism in the club, but Abramovich will get there. Wait a little bit more...
