i think hazard still in the process of adapting. he knows that he will not get PKs that easily and ref doesn't call for fouls easily. that might be a point on why hazard does not want to take unncessary risks. i mean its better to pass than try to get pass a pllayer and loses poession. how many times we saw ref didnt give fouls for oscar, hazard and mata when they are out muscled or being blocked off the ball?
