I really don’t buy the rumors of managers rejecting the job. It really does look like the club had the wheels set in motion after those two bizarre pressers about Maresca talking the worst 48 hours after a win.

As long as they are able to sell youngsters for a healthy profit,  they dont care much about the overall results. They are a business, and have their plan for financial success

Like said before as lovely as winning the club world cup and conference league all it did was temporary pave over the obvious cracks. We aint winning the league or champions league..doubtful for the league Cup..

The constant chopping and changing of the back 4 isn't doing us any favors.
Yes, Cucurella and James needed to be rested, but playing players outside their natural positions (Gusto, Acheampong) left us scrambling against Bournemouth in the first half.
At least he restored some stability by bringing on James, and we had more control.
Then there's the lack of ruthlessness. 
At 2-2, the game was there to be won.
Sadly only Estevao showed any real intent. Delap & co were just ball watching for the most part in the 2nd half.

Thing is looking at fixture you cant see where our next win is coming from! And thats across all competitions.
Even if manage to win against City big woop cause we'll drop points every other game following
