Odds on its Fat Frank with a new contract. ... or the sad news that the Namibian assassination attempt failed -
Its all kicking off again news reports are saying. Theres ethnic differences that just wont go away and have been smouldering on and off for centuries. Ossetian villages exist side by side with Georgian villages. They now have separate gas and electricity networks, and fucking hate each other. They need to organise a football friendly or something.....

Terry doubts Man Utd credentials Terry is confident Chelsea can win the Premier League title this season John Terry believes Manchester United have reached their peak and Chelsea can regain the Premier League trophy. United were European and domestic champions last term, with Chelsea runners-up, but the Blues' captain believes his side can raise their game. "I don't think United have another level to go to," said Terry, whose side have a new manager this season in Brazil's Luiz Felipe Scolari. "They had a lot of players at the peak of their form for the last two years." Terry's comments come after United manager Sir Alex Ferguson said that the majority of Chelsea's squad had reached an age where they were unlikely to improve any further. The Scot compared the current Stamford Bridge outfit to that of the Liverpool team of the early 1990s, who slipped into decline after their 1990 title triumph, and predicted that Chelsea are on the brink of a similar downturn. But Terry has hit back and pinpointed several players at Old Trafford who he thinks will be unable to match their performances of last season. They include Cristiano Ronaldo, whose 42-goal haul underpinned United's double success. "Rio Ferdinand has been awesome for the last two years and Cristiano Ronaldo was unbelievable - I don't think you'll see that again," Terry said. "Wayne Rooney, Carlos Tevez, Ryan Giggs - they have all been fantastic. "I think we can close the gap because Man United were at the very top of their game last season. "But we've been very close to them and we had injuries and a change of manager." Terry says he has been impressed with the business Scolari has conducted during the transfer window. He also believes a good start will be key if they are to wrestle the title from United, who arguably face a tougher start in their Premier League defence. "The new manager has come in and made a few changes. He's made some great signings. Deco looks awesome so I'm excited to see him play," Terry said. "We need to start well and get off to a flyer, just keep winning. "Man United have a few tough games early on. Liverpool have made some good signings and will be stronger this year. We need to focus. "We have a good home record and if we can continue that and get off to a good start we'll be all right." BBC I would normally be wary of tempting fate -but have to agree with the big man. Last season they pipped us by two points on the last day. According to Ferguson the ManUtd team was ''The best United team ever''. Theres no way Riverdance will get 42 goals this season, defenders know his dance steps now Meanwhile we had a fat useless fuck floundering with semaphore as inspiration -see Franks (Oxford Blue) sig. The dangers are to take the eyes off the prize, and off other contenders -not just the gooners and scallies -but yer Portsmouths, Evertons etc who are capable of nicking points. Champions come May.....

Hes probably paying a fair whack of tax here, money nicked from Thai people, so Gordon Brown will let him stay awhile

Amazing Michael Phelps becomes the greatest Olympian of all time with 11 golds so far. A lot of World Records being broken in the swimming, too many for my liking, -I reckon the pool is a couple of feet too short.

Oh well better luck next time. What the fucks he doing in Namibia, pretending to be an African Chief or something ? -
Sorry to shatter any illusions about Lil' Dennis -he did play his heart out for nigh on 11 years. As for Joe Cole, think they are just stories, hes Chelsea for the foreseeable, and I think he'll want -like all the players -to put on a good show for Scolari..
-
Damn. Plan B it is then....

Spot on -or if it had been two groups who were both up for it they would have been jailed. It seems fat Northern fucks are allowed to get away with picking on vulnerable people....

Drogba has done so much for Africa, and given so much cash. He is known as Mr Africa.
-
This wont be easy -Pompey have strengthened as well, but another opening day win is certain in my book (1/5/ on) PS ManUtd faves for PL, Chels 15/8
-
Madrid saying hes not for sale is the standard parlance for 'we want more cash'. His agent Wagner somebody, is basically saying Robinho is desperate to play under Scolari, and that Madrid are complete cunts. This bodes well for the next week or two.

With greedy billionaires tapping into fan loyalty and buying clubs to make even more money this will probably be only the first. None of the billionaires got their money by working, lets face it, they've all dodgy history, or borrowed the whole lot like the Glazers. Either way they're toying with the clubs. Tragedy for Citeh fans if it does go tits up -our government and the FA should shoulder the blame for letting the crook buy the club in the first place. He was a fugitive when he bought it, a complete criminal, yet they let him go ahead; Case one: Abuse of power related to purchase of state land by his wife. Who: Thaksin and his wife. Status: Trial underway Case two: Abuse of power linked to government lottery scheme. Who: Thaksin and several former Cabinet ministers. Status: Case accepted by Supreme Court Case three: Abuse of power related to state loan to Burma alleged to have benefited family business. Who: Thaksin. Status: Case accepted by Supreme Court Case four: Concealing assets. Who: Thaksin, wife and two others. Status: Awaiting court decision on proceeding to trial Case five: Tax evasion. Who: Members of Thaksin's family. Status: Pojaman Shinawatra and her brother jailed for three years, her secretary for two years Several other claims also lodged....

HA HA HA Most of them do Charity stuff -you'd have to be a grade A cunt earning over 100k a week and keep it all to yourself.
-
Oh no -our first tiff. And I concede on the skin colour thing. Wise did have loyalty to Chelsea... and leicester, Millwall, Newcastle, Wimbledon, Saints , Coventry, Leeds, Swindon etc. I think the fighting tenacity was often seen as 'battling for the club' whereas the reality was just like any other player -'Can I get that new Porsche next week ?' Weighing up what Drogbas done against his so called misdemeanors, diving, moaning etc I couldn't give a flying fuck about his 'attitude'. Bottom line most footballers are thick, but good at what they do. Its funny that Frank L senior paid a fortune to get Frank Junior through a top education, and now the highest paid Premier League player is the only one with 'O' Level Latin. I would say Terry and Joe Cole have loyalty to the club at present. You could see how much the fans meant to Cole at the Fan Day - last to leave, no autograph was too much etc.

Maybe. Think I get the gist of what Truemans saying. You're right Georgia had a go at the Ossetians who have always traditionally aligned themselves with Moscow, so naturally Russia stepped in. I'm not making judgement here, just pointing out the danger of escalation had Bushs friend Georgia actually been in NATO. Thankfully Russia is now making noises about ceasing all hostilities.
-
The US is going to back Georgia -they were months away from being a full fledged NATO member -and Russia is going to hammer Georgia for the same reason. Its been simmering for about two years between Putin and Georgia -if it had happened when Georgia was in NATO the West would have been obliged to defend them -cue World carnage....

Really courageous -a middle aged couple , a bloke with one eye...... http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/tees/7549807.stm

He only gives interviews when asked, and then seems to be misquoted. Agree he can be frustrating, but his attitude doesnt bother me, it's a small price to pay for titles and cups. Wise's attitude I used to find an embarassment to be honest -not far from Bartons thuggery -but it was ok he had a cheeky grin was white, and English.
-
The first week it was on -the bloke on the telly said ''if you have three or more of those numbers you're a winner''. Next day went down the newsagents to claim my tenner -was in there for about half an hour arguing. It turned out the bonus ball didnt count. Well I didnt know did I ? Fucking robbing cunts.

Ridiculous archaic, sexist ruling -only to be expected from Lancaster Gate perverts.
