tbh I wouldn't have a scooby what he even looks like
-
New season, same shit. Didn't he get player of the year at Watford as well... He's got no chance of making it here now. Shame, I rate him
-
Never seen him, but highly rated apparently.* *We'll obviously finish his career 40m Euros -that must be about £250m ?
-
Is he moonlighting as a doctor ? http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/revealing-photo-nhs-workers-really-8300476#rlabs=4 rt$category p$1

Which loanees have a future at the club?
Fulham Broadway replied to the wes's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
With Brexit it should be good news for British players. In a couple of years, average European players will find it harder to join our clubs, as they will probably need to apply for work permits, as non-Europeans do, which will or not be granted, no automatic permit granted. We need to hold on to our younger players, as a large amount of them are English. -
Having a great game against Croatia - intelligent footballer
-
At the moment I'm worrying why a player would want to come to us - if it's because other clubs don't rate him, that's not good. And if they do and they want him, why would he want to come here over a big club in with a shout of winning the CL next season.
-
Nothing particularly concerning I dont think we will go down

Youre right Manpe its fucking childish. I hadn't noticed the title

Back on topic or warnings will be issued

Sober moment of clarity..... Yes its difficult for women to survive in the testosterone fuelled world of male football. 25-30 years ago black blokes were having the same discriminatory shit thrown at them. So on one hand she has a point, but instead of raising the wider issue of sexism in football, she seems to have gone down the oh so familiar route of me, me, me in todays society, and has actually probably deterred more women wanting to work in the male dominated industry that is modern football. The reputed £5 million was actually hush money, to avoid the string of recriminatory e mails and texts toing and froing between her representatives and CFC more than lost contract money. Her case does highlight the issue of sexism that has yet to be tackled successfully, let alone homophobia.... Fuck me imagine if she was a transgender....

Like a knife thru butter LDN, you've nailed it. Jose can probably get the old Matic playing again, and against us aint good news. The problem being - if Mourinho wants him, their board will probably sanction silly money, and our lot will let him go regardless of it being to an adversary.
-
Very few seem to rate him yet I'm seeing an abundance of 'don't sell him to United' comments out there. Surely if he's not thought of highly we should be selling him to United? You play Mikel knowing that he is comfortable on the ball, defensive minded, will sit in front of the defence, won't score, won't burst past players and get out of position, knows how to foul and when, he quick enough to recover, can tackle and reads the game well. There is loads he isn't but thats why he is a defensive midfielder and you know if you play Mikel don't expect him to do things he can't do. Matic teases you, because he can and has scored. He can and occasionally does go past people. He can tackle. He can read a game. he has made good forward passes. So you play him thinking ok lets play Matic and Fab or Matic and Oscar or Matic and RLC expecting Matic to be able to do what you need. then he has a 6 or a 7 out of 10 game, isn't good enough to dominate and we get over run by a Watford midfield that is less talented but functionally know what they are doing and what their constraints are. He gets pulled after 70 minutes for Mikel and we then have a better shape. Mikel usually needs oxygen if he gets within 25 yds of goal, but we know what we're getting. If United want him sell at the right price.

1.2 million ? and the rest...lot of media sources tioday say she has been given 5 million. Shes milked the club and Hazard*, Oscar* and Ivanovich* *allegedly
-
All sorted now. Shes got a nice pay off,
-
Loads of names bounded about at the start of the Silly Season, but I am a fan of this bloke, and we need at least one good signing before the Euros Pace, power, 2 feet, good in air, 23, not big ego. Can play with a second striker. At 23 can only get better under Conte
-
Exactly -saying this morning she wanted to go back working but with a 40% pay rise. Its all about the money, money, money....
-
Think you've created a ficticious enemy there. Conversely there are some on here that love the idea that there might be people that think more of Mourinho than Chelsea. There are certainly some here who love certain players over Chelsea.
-
Bruno Alves must be a big kung fu film fan with that tackle
-
''Seargent Major saab'' and Windsor Davies ''right then lovely boys''
-
Ruud signed 21 years ago. Saw his debut in a Paul Elliott testimonial - what a class player. 40-50 yard pinpoint passes, and taking games by the scruff of the neck. The start of the Chelsea revolution.
-
Guaranteed soon, or when the season starts he will acknowledge Chelsea fans -it just wouldn't be done now. Anyway hes gone now, and hopefully will royally fuck up there

Apart from the fans. The real loyalty of the owners players and coaches is to their bank balance and succumbing to greed.
-
Its more symptomatic of modern football. The owners buy a club and leech off the brand loyalty of fans to make a profit (unless theyre obscenely wealthy like Abramovich, Man City owners, then its just polishing their ego). Successful managers again just leech off the money at the club, again put in by the fans and TV deals. Probably less than 1% of people in top football -that's owners, directors, coaches, medics, players, have any loyalty to their teams whatsoever. Its only the fans. So no surprise when millionaires, be it players or managers are prostituted around by parasitical agents spout meaningless 'best club in the world' bullshit and do badge kissing. Its all a massive heap of bollox.
