  1. Mourinho and Hazard greeted each other when they've met last time. Recently Hazard also said that he wouldn't mind playing under Jose again.
  2. The most frustrating thing is that he can stay on his feet when he want, he bullied Stoke and WBA defenders. He's not really weak phisically, but it's in his mentality - to fall almost from a every contact. But that's why I also believe he will cut it eventually. Bigger concern for me is his finishing abilities with legs. He scored with his legs only in 2 out of 20 games and one of those goal was a shot to an empty net from close range. Still, it's a new league and circumstances for him, so even if he's been frustrating so far he deserves much more time to prove himself.
  3. And what's wrong with Courtois' attitude towards the club?
  4. That's strange. When people saying that Courtois makes only simple saves and never huge ones, they think that no one else watches games? Have a bad memory? Or what? Because that's clearly not true.
  5. You can't please some people. When footballer play with some sort of health issues and made mistake because of it people shitting on him. When footballer have some sort of health issues and he decides to not play because of it people still shitting on him. Fever can have big negative impact on his concentration and it could cost his team 3 points. Why the hell he should step on the pitch with it?
  6. He said absolutely nothing new in this interview. He's been saying those things for a years now and yet he's still here.
  7. Typical headline sensationalism from Evening Standard. Basically, he said same thing as Morata, i.e. he would like to come back to Spain at some point of his life. "Everybody knows that due to my personal situation, Spain attracts me. If it is not now, it will be in some years." "I'm calm. I'm happy at Chelsea. I just want to wait (over contract talks) because now there are many games and I prefer to have my head focused on that."
  8. People who actually watch Serie A rate him highly.
  9. Great again. A little more power to his headers and he also could be an another Chelsea' goal scoring centre-back.
  10. There's extra pleasure in watching him when he's that hungry for a goal. I think he relaxed a bit in a second half, but then again he started to wanting it more and more. I hope he'll keep this desire.
  11. Probably you're right about him being an optimal candidate at the time, but we still had option with Hiddink at least. What Rafa had? He was out of work for 2 years before Chelsea hired him. After he got two very good jobs - Napoli and Real (and failed at both of them, but that's different stories). Again, I'm not saying that he failed at Chelsea, but he also done nothing incredible.
  12. No, but not losing to West Ham, Newcastle, QPR at home and win against relegated Reading would've been nice.
  13. Some people are exaggerating Benitez' influence a bit. When he came to Chesea we were just 4 points away from top of the table and our "slump" in Premier League was very much influenced by a crap refereeing, like Clattenburg' against Manchester United. Yes, we were below of what we should be in Champions League (we still took 10 points which would send us to the next round in 4 out of 7 other groups), but we joined Europa League as a team with a far best squad, and, of course, we had a much better players than "mighties" Sparta, Steaua, Rubin and Basel that we beat on our way to the final. There was nothing incredible in what Benitez did, though I'm not taking a credit from him for Europa League win. It worth to remember that we lost to Swansea in League Cup, lost in CWC final and finished 14 points away from top of the table. Again, he deserves some credit for Europa League win, that's for sure, but he needed Chelsea more than Chelsea needed him. He came here because no one wanted him after what he did to Inter' treble-winning side, not because he was some sort of fearless hero.
  14. They already are behind Lyon, IMO. Lyon are more impressive side this season.
  15. AS Monaco is delighted to announce the appointment of Michael Emenalo as new sporting director. http://www.asmonaco.com/en/article/michael-emenalo-new-as-monaco-sporting-director-10938.html
  16. No danger in front of a goal, f*cked up great counterattack, worst pass accuracy than any other player on the pitch. Also should've done better after some decent crosses. He's been poor, those "link up" excuses are laughable.
  17. You're acting like De Visser is a some sort of uber-genius who never make mistakes. You are laughing at us signing them, but players like Piazon and Nathan were De Visser' proteges. Chelsea signed them by his advice.
  18. Because it gives him more money. It would be foolish to not sign it even if he's not planning to stay long-term.
  19. Zappacosta came on only for final five minutes and even then Azpilicueta stayed on the pitch as a wingback. And, of course, has scored from a wingback position.
  20. We beat Watford like a week ago with Azpi as a wingback and he scored for a 3:2.
  21. He also played all 70 games without being subbed off.
  22. What are you laughing at? I just stated the facts. Willian played 70 games in two title-wining campaigns and was recognized as a Player of the Year by fans and players in 2015/16.
  23. Since then Willian played 70 PL games in two title-winning seasons (under two different managers) and was our best player in shambolic 2015/16, but a couple of bad months and he's a fucking shit. Yeah, alright. P.S. KDB is great player, yes, and he's better than Willian now.
  24. Fantastic performance even by his own standards. Unbelievable player. Shame his great strike didn't gone in.
