He's a lot nearer 29 than he is 28. That's a fact.

Yeap, would be a bad move, especially after playing for Monaco and Milan. I'm not sure Mario himself will accept it.
-
I'm not sure he said that Morata "was" our first choice. He said Morata "is" our first choice, i.e now he's first in pecking order between strikers.
-
According to reports in Russia, Chelsea and Spartak Moscow agreed 1 year loan for Pasalic. Now it depends if player accept the move.

Lukaku said himself that he wasn't ready for a top team at that time and he asked to leave. De Bruyne deserved more chances, yes. Schurrle has never been the same after that mystery illness post World Cup. Bertrand would be good back-up, yes, but the thing is he wanted to be a starter, not a back-up. Shame it didn't work out with Filipe Luis, but even Filipe himself stated that he wasn't able to adapt to Premier League. Mata had enough game time under Mourinho, but sulked after he was substituted and decided to leave.
-
All of them were right decisions at the time, except, probably, De Bruyne. Mata had enough playing time, but decided to leave. Lukaku decided to leave because he wasn't ready to compete (he said it himself numerous times). Schurrle, unfortunately, became very average footballer. Bertrand is a mid-table player, he's good, but not good enough.

In his italian report he's talking about final details between Chelsea and Rudiger, i.e. medicals, etc. Deal between Chelsea and Roma are done.
-
There's no credible reports that Chelsea made any bid or contacted Roma directly for Manolas. And you quoting here The S*n reporter who is known bullshiter. Just some examples.
-
Roma had a pretty good defence until last 5 games of the season, when they conceded 3 against Lazio, 3 against Chievo and 2 against Genoa. They conceded >26% of their total goals in that 5 games and that was when Rudiger didn't play CB. With him as CB last season in Serie A Roma has played 14 games: 13 wins, 1 lose, 9 goals conceded, 9 clean sheets.
-
That means absolute nothing. Photo shoots are done a months before its official presentations.
-
Hope it won't end up like this.
-
Lyon's on stock exchange, so they'd have to report if any bonuses were included. They only reported 10m + 15% sell-on clause, so that's it.
-
True. Sometimes it's not even Di Marzio who mislead the people, but their misinterpretation. Di Marzio may just report early stages of deals, say "Club A have contacted Club B for a player C" and people are going like "OMG, it's happening, Di Marzio said that!", while in fact he only reported contacts. And then they blame him if deal doesn't go through and call him unreliable. He's still the best in the business.
-
That's not true. Di Marzio never said that Chelsea were close to Tolisso.

"Sexist statement"? "Attack gender"? What?! You trying too hard to be offended. That's a famous proverb/idiom that has nothing to do with [your] sex. You're hilarious. There, educate yourself: http://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/if+you+can't+stand+the+heat%2C+get+out+of+the+kitchen

Oh, so everyone who's not agree with your opinion is "an idiot that doesn't worth your time". That's remind me of something. And again you making things up. Costa wasn't "isolated from the rest of the squad" and "trainning alone" "as a punishment". He simply trained "alone" to improve his shape after injury while the rest of squad had a two days off. Costa - France situation is not even worth to mention. He was speaking to French TV station and his answer was just a polite answer. And if you read actual article, not only a headline, Costa said: "I am very happy at Chelsea but anything can happen in football". So, that's not different to Hazard' "In football you never know [...] Of course I’ll listen [if Real Madrid offer me a deal]" or Conte' "I think everything is possible. Everything is possible in football". I am not attacking you personally, just your opinion that based on a raw emotions. But if you can't stand the heat, I'll let you stay out of the kitchen. Have a very nice day.

It's clear that in a last few years Roman are not willing to spend that much money as before without selling. Maybe because of FFP, maybe because of a new stadium. But the fact is that Chelsea has a net spend of a circa 30m pounds in the last 4 years. Rumours about Lukaku aren't fresh. We heard them last summer, so it was almost obvious that Chelsea will be back after him this summer. Considering rumoured amount of money that Everton are demanding for Lukaku, he'll come here not to sit on the bench, but as a new main striker, so the club need to get rid off a current main striker for as much money as possible, i.e. sell him to China. Maybe Conte made up his mind earlier in a season and Diego' behaviour contribute to his decision. But that's only add to theory that Chelsea wanted to push him out to China. And how do you know "after all since when he has ever been anything but disrepectfull to his coach"? The one and only public episode that can be asumed as a disrepectfull occured in October against Leicester, when Diego offered Conte to sub him off. Everything else - only your suspicions and emotions. He didn't "change his mind once every three months", that's only your assumption. In fact, he was pretty consistent. You don't know what he would say if Atletico' ban would be lifted, you can only assume. But what he does said, that he'll not push for a move anymore and he wants to stay at Chelsea. And even now he saying that he's ready to stay if competition for a spot would be fair, but his coach, Conte, already told him that he's not part of his plans. You just making things up and acting like it's a undeniable truth, trying to mask it with your patronizing and want-to-be-sarcastic tone.
-
Because Chinese were ready to offer crazy money to Chelsea, more than anyone else. Because during whole spring there were rumours that Chelsea are ready to sell Diego to China in the summer. Because selling him to China were the best way to fund a move for Lukaku. There's a lot of reasons why Chelsea would like to sell Costa to China.
-
No one has said that Chelsea tried to push him out in the winter. And Roman himself publicly said absolutely nothing, because he almost never speaks publicly.
-
There's some facts in this situation, like his desire to came back to Atletico last summer, but the whole China thing is nothing but rumours. Diego denied that from first day. And even now he says that China is not an option for him. Almost every player are going through tough patches. That doesn't mean China was a reason for his. Also, last autumn he said that he won't push for Atletico move anymore. Then it worth to mention that Diego expressed his desire to stay at Chelsea after FA Cup final. He said that ONLY IF Chelsea want to get rid off him, he would like to join Atletico, but his preference is to stay at Chelsea. Maybe he knew something is coming, maybe Chelsea wanted to push him out to China, who knows.
-
It doesn't work like that. Costa need to agree a personal terms, so he won't join "any team". He made it pretty clear. And billionaire like Abramovich wouldn't want to lose a tens of millions "just out of anger".
-
And how do you know that? Does Diego or Conte showed you their phones? If not, don't make shit up to reinforce your point.
-
1) Intention was to show that Lukaku can score against big sides. 2) Okay, let's add next best team and use Top-5 for Morata and Kane then. Morata: 3 goals (7,5%) Kane: 10 goals (12,8%) Also, worth to note that Kane has scored 3 out of 10 goals from penalties. Morata - 1. Lukaku - 0. So, that's 7 non PK goals for Kane (8,9%) and 2 non PK goals for Morata (5%).
-
That can mean only one thing: Chelsea already have someone to replace Costa. Otherwise it would be very stupid.
-
A last season? He scored against City in October and January, against Spurs in March and against Arsenal (as you mentioned) in May.
