Pretty clear we need a change in system, you need 2-3 top class strikers and the ability to play with 2 up top in this league. We have neither. Think we also need a central midfielder who can play in a midfield two, and pass. All our midfielders are horribly slow or inaccurate at passing for this level. Matic had improved things but was dire today. Lampard and Mikel to leave. I think the Luiz as a midfielder experiment should be over, if he isn't good enough to play in his position (centre-back), get rid. We've spent a lot on attacking midfielders; should be doing better with Hazard, Schrulle, Oscar, Willian and Salah - I'm not sure if its Mourinho's tactics or the lack of strikers for them to play off and assist
