I am sorry to deflate you, but I always prefer to speak the truth. I'd also love Klose breaking te record. My first ever game of football was the 8-0 vs Saudi Arabia, where he scored 3. He is such a classy player and a real gent. Deserves his place in the history books as much as anyone.

Loew is such an average coach, he will play with 6 mids and no striker cos it is more comfortable for his squad. As with Bayern, that will suffice against any weak opponent, but Germany will fall at the first high hurdle aka Brazil or Spain. Germany as well as Bayern are and have always been flat track bullies lacking character and killer instinct. Last season's Bayern CL win was a mere fluke against a weak Barca and a very lucky Dortmund side. Trust me both will not win another european title for another 12 years again.

So glad all this imaginated Bayern dominance and wankfest is over. One could not open a paper without 10 articles about how great Bayern are.

Hopefully some frustrated bayern fans give modric, bale and ronaldo some injuries

one or two quality strikers would still have scored at least one goal between them from those half-chances in these matches.

We are only 7 behind Liverpool in goal difference now. So if City slip and pool draw one of their matches, we might have a go and try to outscore them when we play vs Norwich and Cardiff equalizing the goal difference hence the decision going down to direct comparison (which IMO should be above GD anyway). Improbable but such a thrilling showdown would be worthy of such a crazy league season.

IMO this season has shown, that in EPL to break down the small teams week in week out, we need to be able to play two strikers from the start. Lukaku is used to playing in 2man strikeforce as is Costa. We could easily start half of the matches against mid-table teams and relegation battlers with a 4-4-2 or 4-1-3-2 like Willian---Matic---Luiz/Oscar---Hazard ------------Costa--Rom------------- or -----------------Matic---------------- -----Willian---Oscar----Hazard ---------Costa------Rom------------ looks potent and solid to me. Neither of Agüero, Dzeko or Negredo scored an extraordinary amount of goals, still because 2 of them played each match, they were keeping each other fresh and still with everyone of them averaging at least 0,5 goals per game it is almost a guarantee of a striker goal every match. Costa-Lukaku would be a strikeforce equal to Suarez-Sturrdige and any other in the league.

Schweinsteiger is extremely slow, that is why he was shifted from winger to no.10 to no8, just because he does not have the pace. Also I'd not consider him "bulky". Even my sister bursts in laughter any time he takes his shirt off and shows everyone his chicken-chest.

Shame is if we had taken at least one point out of sunderland, villa and palace, we would be in for the title now.

what a league this is. every one of the three top teams now has bottled it at least twice. Willian should have passed it back to torres again before he scored just to rub it in liverscums faces

this is how you win with a b-team at anfield.

Lacazette yes, Drmic maybe, but Jürgen fuckin Locadia? It is not exactly an achievement to score 13 goals in Eredivisie. Anyway. I don't really mind who it is between Costa and Cavani, though on has to consider Cavani is older and more expensive than Costa. Even though he might be technically more accomplished, but that is not the only thing you need to look at when buying a striker, otherwise we shoudl sign players like Berbatov

It would be so incredibly funny if our b-team somehow manages to win 1-0 with a twice defelcted whatever goal vs Liverpool, resulting in them pissing themselves about City being at their heels, consequently losing vs newcastle, mancity losing, too and our b-team scrapping two further lucky wins out of the blue. The refs will make sure that won't happen, but one can dream.

AS one can see he is amazing from set pieces. Almost every freekick and corner finds its target. The mere thought of JT, Iva and Cahill getting at the end of those deliveries is giving me wet dreams. My concern is, that he is maybe not direct, dynamic and physical enough + he sometimes ponders too much on the ball.

Is Chelsea The Most Hated Club In Europe?
Magic Lamps replied to Spike's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
The media constantly heaps hate on Chelsea, and everyone will at least give you an angry look if you say or wear anything that shows your support for CFC. For me, wearing a Chelsea kit in Germany is a symbol of anti-mainstream. Hence I got one, my girl has one, my brother has one and my mates have some. For us the royal blue is also a sign of mutual support and togetherness, cos no one else wears it here. Triumphantly walking through the city and the hordes of crying Bayern fans, proudly wearing my blue scarf and full kit is one of my greatest memories. Not only because of the magic campaign but because after all the stick we got in those years I could gleefully ram it down people's throats -

In Germany City are hated, PSG are hated but no one is as hated as Chelsea, cos we are the most succesfull of the "plastic clubs". What makes teams with legal inestors behind them more plastic than those financed by corruption is beyond me. Lets rub it in their faces and become the most succesful club in modern football by winning the CL a 2nd time in 3 years + wiinning a 3rd consecutive European trophy. Bayern's CL success will look like the fluke it has been. -
When we come back from a 2-0 deficit with 10 men and no centrebacks in the Camp Nou, we play anti-football. When Bayern, are extremely lucky to lose only 1-0 with 6000 passes and 62% posession, they play beautiful attacking football with great variability.
