The most annoying thing about this game apart from the werner misses and stolen goal is that we gave pickford the chacne to make 3 very good saves so every pundit will keep banging on the rest of the season what a gem england have in goal.

our top scorer in all comps is Tammy with 12 in just 1500mins, second Oli with 11 in 1100 mins. Maybe we would score more if we fielded a proper striker instead of werner every game but then again both do not offer much except goals.

alonso should have scored pace or not, he got a clean shot at goal. his movement and cross to havertz was quality tho. no other lb has such unpredictable movement.

plenty of slightly above average players like Jermaine defoe, darren bent managed to score 20 pl goals in one-off season too tho. With the new penalty rule, the rat face diver will manage it too, despite having only scored 7 non-penalty goals so far. Anyway, I think Werner this season is a one off adn i can see him score 15-20 pl goals next season. Havertz i can not really say cos he used to blow hot and cold even in bundesliga. The thing is, to make the best of werner we need to play more on the counter attack and less posession based. can not really see this under tuchel so far, so it is likely we sign another player who is more suited to leading the line vs deep sitting teams.
