the way Rafa was speaking about him today makes me think he will start. He trained today and was fine and when asked about dealing with Bale, Rafa said they have to try to deal with Mata and Hazard, so imo he will start tomorrow.

but Khedira isn't really a DM he is more of a box to box midfielder who is good going forward but better defensively I think Rami and Khedira would complement each other pretty well in the pivot.

I didnt say it was. just making the point that he would be a beast in a team where he would be the main man, swap Higuain for Rvp and i would bet Higuain would be one of the top scorers in the PL easily! He would be immense for us also as he is a class player and good finisher, he would get great service and would score goals, he wouldn't be my first choice as there are better strikers out there, but if we do sign him i would be very happy!

are you serious??? its nothing like Torres!!! Ronaldo is a freak and the team is built around him like Messi at Barca! that is why Ibrahimovic and Villa haven't been prolific at Barca because the team is built around Messi! look at Ibra now in a team built around him! it will be the same with Benzema and Higuian if they played in a team which was built around them then you would see two world class strikers! who would score 30+ goals a season! put Falcao, RVP or Lewandowski in the Real or Barca team and put them in the same situation as Higuian or Villa where they are forced to play in a system that gets the best out of Messi/Ronaldo! and you would see all three of them much less prolific! end of story.

I agree he can become a future ballon d'or winner but i doubt he will ever score 40+ goals a season consistently, he just doesn't have that selfish mentality like Messi and Ronaldo. Hazard isn't driven by goals, he is all to happy to create goals rather than score himself plus he will need the team to be built around him and for the whole team to play for him and to always look to give him the ball to score! i cant see any of that happening. But what i can see is Hazard being a 20+ goals and assists a season player! which would be incredible if he could do that consistently. It would probably make more sense to say he could reach the levels of Ronaldinho in his prime rather than Messi or Ronaldo.

Higuain is a fantastic striker his main problem at Madrid is Ronaldo! he would be much better in a team where he is the main man the team relies on to score the majority of goals, he would be an outstanding striker in system where he is the focal point of every attack. At Madrid when i see him play with Ronaldo its got to a point now where he looks for Ronaldo before he looks to shoot himself! if he came here i am sure he would be a success!

it makes me laugh whenever people say Luiz is a liability ect i really dont see how Luiz makes any more mistakes than any top defender in Europe! Pique, Pepe, Ramos, Ivanovic, Terry, Kompany, Hummels ect have all made mistakes this season! but difference is when Luiz makes a mistake everyone will come out and say 'Luiz cant defend' 'Luiz is a liabiilty' and all that rubbish! Luiz has been class for months, and has been defending brilliantly and i guarantee the next mistake Luiz makes in defence everyone will come out again and say the same things 'Luiz cant defend' ect! that for me is just another one of those football myths that David Luiz is a liability! when in actual fact he is a top class defender/midfielder.

because he must already know he is leaving Madrid and how inconceivable is it for someone close to Mourinho to ask him 'if you go to Chelsea who would you want to sign'???

people close to Jose would probably know as i am sure he would discuss this kind of things with people around him, so people other than Jose could leak this kind of info.
