Nico is playing the way because i used to admire him when he played for City/Bolton. Excellent finishing, pace, creativity, cool behaviour and all. I tell you , Lamps and Nico to go for it

Alright lads, it is about time to draw some conclusions at the end of the day. I think i don´t need to sum up the whole Scolari-desaster and all that. Todays game gave me some confidence about next season. If the lads can keep the spirit and the level of ability (right, Florent, thats for you!) i am not too concerned about the manager-issues. This team is capable to play strong and win games. We still have a cup final to play i say ! Hiddink showed what this Club needs - a confidence boost and the belief. And all that without the provoking style of José ( as much as i loved this). Just a smart manager. We still need some improvement in the attacking but i am sure we will see some capable striker signing in at the Bridge. With Joe Cole being a fit fox on Matchday One next season and with Flo Malouda playing beautiful football we have our winger problems solved i think.

Well Lamps was so close. I am sure he will score one more time this season

Thinking about this season i came to the conclusion that Bosingwa and Ashley have been one of our most consistend players alongside Lamps

I know this doesn´t make much sense and sounds like fuckin AC Milan players politics but i would be very sad to see him go. Like Bridgy and Carlos. He is class. He is doing very good, even if not playing much

Firstly, the CL final is down to Steve Clarke and some of the players. Second : We don´t need to get Ancelotti when there is the chance to get O´Neill. He knows the English game from kind of an underdog position and did good with it. Give him a good squad like ours and he will do good. Do it before Manu snatches him from our nose. The reason for Hiddink being one of the best managers in the game is not his trophy cabinet, but his ability to adapt the way of a team and the way how football in the asked competition is played. In the three month he was our caretacking manager he adapted the Premier League very quickly and worked out several tactics.

He already is in Chelsea folkore for me. Winning 3:1 at Anfield, stuffing Arsenal, being so nice and clever. It would´ve been a bit much asking for winning the Champions League. But he did what no manager we had could´ve done i think and got outsmarted ONLY by the referee Great Manager. Hopefully he joins us after the World Cup !

We should have been in two finals this year. Thanks to a missing goal and a ref, who doesn´t seem to like doing his job it was not to be. BUT it could´ve all been worse...imagine Roman would not have pulled the emergency brakes. We still have a final to win, and another thing, which is way more important for me is that with a good manager in charge this team is a real threat. Every single player pulled is weight, just look at Malouda, Anelka, Mikel, Ballack and so on. Players i doubted long time ago. With all these injuries we did very well. Don´t forget : we lost Joey, Riccy and Essien for a long time, and never left the the top 4 spots. It started all very promising, with a huge downturn, but still a chance for the trophy. Arsenal is having a shit season. For the 5 time in a row now. No, I can´t complain And talking about the squad : we have some promising youngsters and basically a good strong squad. Few add-ons maybe wtih Tevez or Benzema...
