  1. It is not an excuse, it is the truth ! What else other can he do than organising the match and try to adapt to the flow of the match. It is not him in front of goal ,it is Torres, Drogba, Anelka, Kalou and all of them can´t find the net and lacking effort. Don´t think Carlo is trying to motivate them and give them the treatment in the changies ? for fucks sake, how long are people saying it is the Gaffers fault all the time. THAT is a lame excuse.
  2. Seriously Henrique, you start to annoy me with your imidiate demands for Carlos head. It it is not his fault that our players can´t find the net. We dominated the whole game and had them in our pocket and i don´t know how much shots on target. FOR FUCKS SAKE, it is not down to Carlo.
  3. THis is so bloody frustrating to watch....
  4. I just "learned" how to cope with defeat. The first seasons with Chelsea it was just hard for me. I was so pissed, didn´t talk to workmates, didn´t talk to roommates, lads from Uni. But this season, once it became clear it wouldn´t be another 09/10 season, i am able to switch off after a lost game and be grumpy for maybe an hour or so. I watched the Liverpool game in a pub with a good mate who´s a Scouser and Liverpool fan, we had some nice banter and i just thought "You win some, you lose some" - just football. But believe me, it took me ages to get there. I remember when Liverpool cost us our brilliant home record i didn´t said a word for the rest of the day and was pissed off for the next week. And yes, Moscow and Barcelona at home is still romouring...but were games totally different...that had nothing to do with "some you win, some you lose". Just Harsh. But it helps to watch highlights, watching Drogba ripping teams apart, watching Lamps and JT working together in perfect harmony....
  5. No i think he does good on his own, i thought of Hiddink more as a consultant so to say not as an assistant manager. Sorry, didn´t explained enough Hiddink knows the game inside out and got a good hand for new players i think
  6. Can´t really say which team i hate more, UNited or Arse. I never really cared about Arsenal. Thought they´ve had great footballers like Henry (yes yes, until the Ireland-accident) and Pires and Bergkamp and so on. But present, i think they are just a good side, still very beatable, managed by a bitter twat who is also a genious when it comes to youth footballers and a very reasonable guy in club politics, but a fucking hypocrite on the pitch and in the game. United on the other side...i just hate them, i hate every single player they have in their squad. Even the ones they sign are total fuck ups, like that Hernandez, i hate him. Hopefully Gareth Bale doesn´t sign for them. AND I HATE GARY NEVILLE I JUST HATE THAT FUCKING UNTALENTED FUCK
  7. Guus with Carlo is a brilliant idea, if you ask me. He might be something of an assistant manager, without actually being that. I can´t believe that people still are asking for Carlos head - go on and support a mid table team, they are sacking their managers like theres no tomorrow. But get a grip and think a bit deeper than just matchday in matchday out. As for Cuntish Daglish or what ever his name is: his latest succes comes all down to Steve Clarke. He improved their defensive work. The idea to play with three centre halves is probably his as well knowing how much pain Drogba and Anelka used to hand out to the Scum defense.
  8. http://www.zonalmarking.net/ I´ve been told about this brilliant website just a couple of days ago and i thought i just might post it here, because it gives very good insights into matches. Maybe it can help to take the odd match analysis on here from "Kalou was shit and so was Drogba and everbody else except...." to a more exact discussion about the matches. If not, it is still a very good read.
  9. BlueLion, thanks again for your postings ! You are really one true supporter with great knowledge of the game. Couldn´t have put it any better. It is obvious that some of our supporters are just tellyclappers who don´t play football themselves or watch much football besides Chelsea.
  10. Losing to Liverpool is always disgusting, especially to this Liverpool side, one of the weakest they´ve had in years. The thing is, it wasn´t a good game. Both sides were absoloutly aweful. Liverpools formation was really cowardish - 5 midfielders ?! They overcrowded our midfield and with no potential winger on from our perspective they have had it easy sticking 10 cunts behind the ball. Their goal was down to a communication breakdown in our defense. Should´ve played Luiz as a CB and Ivan rightback. It was a very "adventerous" way to start Torres. We looked a bit anxious until he came off. Okay, so this formation doesn´t work, let´s try something out, yeah Carlo ? As for Liverpool = shit team, hate steven gerrard, hate that the penno for a clear handball wasn´t given. Hate losing to them at home. But....we´ve got the Champoins League they won´t even qualify for.
  11. Everyone takes out our bad and rough patches out on Drogbas and Anelkas backs. Why is that ? Maybe because they are the strikers and are supposed to be free scoring all the time ? Maybe some of you are playing football yourself once in a while. So you know that you are a genious one day and the other your first touch is a massive disaster. It is exactly the same with professional footballers, the only thing that differs is the level compared to us amateur ballers.... Even when Drogba is having a shit time people still talk about him being a super striker...think of the build up for Arsenal away this season.... As for the wages.People seem to forget that we also have a massive income on shirt sales and so on. We are earning money as well. We shouldn´t compare our situation to Man City.
  12. I for myself away from England think that the Club over Country mentality is the right way. I mean, look at our English brigade in the England-Team, nothing but abuse and targets for the press and all the so called football fans who know all so well. but anyways: Neville just a start, Van der Saar after this season, soon Scholes. Giggs though will die on the pitch alongside Fergie. So we have to put up with them a litte longer. Hopefully United won´t find another top goalie like VDS anytime soon.
  13. .....and not a day to soon. Used to rant against him in the pub everytime he appeared. Made myself known for that. Now even more intense i guess
  14. Yeah me too, Madmax He is way to good to stuff out a transfer deal ! Hopefully he can return to Chelsea next season and get more first team football. A Torres/Studge partnership....well, for me that sounds about right
  15. errr...not even half an hour played somebody with an english stream ?
  16. wow, over all that Torres frenzy i forgot this one. great goal Kalou, just as i turned on
  17. first of all: whats with all this "he is not physical enough" - thing ? Have you actually seen Torres play ? He is musceling defenders like Vidic and Rio away, even Terry, if fully fit. Next topic right away: in the past he didn´t have enough time to recover from his injuries and played through the pain barrier, pushed by Benitez because their simply was no other option. A 60% fit Torres is still better than the rest of the Liverpools striking options. End of. Rafa really ruined enough players, out of a humanistic impetus we should try to sign Nando ! Save a life everyday, like. With Drogba and Anelka in the autumn of their Chelsea carreers Torres is the perfect player to fill the gap between the older strikers and the young guns. He is in the middle, age wise, and if given the time on of the most lethal strikers you can have. He is world class. End of.
  18. No complains about this game. Everton is our bogey team who always seem to rise their game, especially Saha. Getting into the replay, keepin in mind that we are "getting there" again. Delighted for Kalou, well done. Same goes for Ramires, the boy is really showing us why we splashed so much cash for him. Lamps had a quiet game, fair enough. Really annoyed by Drogbas antics today.
  19. Give him some time. No need to rush him into the England sqaud. He can´t be ruined by the press or whatsoever. Patience is the key to this boy.
  20. Delighted for the little lad ! What a superb finish. Good to see all smilie faces back again.
  21. It´s not like he will be the first name of Spurs´ squad sheet with all these options they have in midfield - all being better or even with Pienaar. Idiot. If he wanted to have playtime he should´ve joined us, but he wants money, who doesn´t, so "fair play to de boy" as ´Arry would say.
  22. Provides some strength in depth and can cover up. He is committed, now more than ever after a long time out with injuries. S o... TX, give him a break. Cannot really say if he fits in, can you ?
  23. Hate Monday Night games. I want to watch my team play on Sat/Sun. having the oppertunity to down some beers and not being worried about getting up in the morning. Looks to me like Sky or whoever want to introduce something like Monday Night Football for football.
