Bertrand played on the left in the last game...

Lots of the pubs have that set up... Found an how to link somewhere, here it is: http://www.techdigest.tv/2011/02/how_to_watch_pr.html

Luiz tweeted earlier he had a knock so won't feature this evening.
-
Expected lineup with rambo back at RW, not worried about the resting thing as its only two more games before the break so they should be fine... And on the tv thing, for us with unlimited broadband, two virgin HD boxes, unlimited phone, full tv with skysports and movies etc its £105 a month. And they limit the number of games they can shown for us, unbelievable...
-
Mata is the only one who may need to be rested atm... As we all know after the newcastle game we have the super cup game vs athletico madrid and then an extra 2 weeks which is more than enough for a rest... Also RDM is in the prime position to know how Mata etc is doing and knows a lot more than we do about his status on things... If mata is fine to play then, we may as well for these 2 games then we can start rotating... Cahill will be in for luiz which isn't really a negative for the side as either one of them is more than capable in our first team, and Ivan Cahill Terry Cole should really be solid. If there is any doubt on mata this will be the game to rest him as we will need him vs newcastle which will be an extremely tough game with the likes of Ba, Cisse and Cabaye all fit.
-
Wouldn't mind seeing Obv back 5 Mikel/Romeu Lampard Ramires (Not really who i want there but is likely to play there) Oscar Hazard Torres Assuming we are resting mata, though if he feels alright then we may as well play him in the next 2 games then he can rest for 3 weeks after that.
-
Welcome mate, everyone here is great wherever you are from...
-
So this one looks to be pretty much done now, taking a while though it seemed like he was on his way a few weeks ago. Play him in the super cup match vs Athletico madrid.
-
Yep agree with above: 3 points please, added bonus if torres can start performing and score to gain a bit of confidence etc. Start worrying about performances after newcastle game when we have the transfer window all sorted and 3 weeks between premier league games (Athletico madrid game on the 31st of course) for everyone to get to know each other and train with each other etc, including any new signings that may be joining this week/next week.
-
Yeah true, still we are trying to play different football with a similar team atm with the exception of hazard and torres instead of drogba (though in the league torres started over drogba numerous times), so i expect it to take time and we still really have seen oscar, marin is still to come in when fit and needed and the rest of the signings we may get so atm i am not too worried and if we can get the results in the short term then things can start gelling together in the slightly longer term when the season really gets going.
-
Well we have to deal with what we got... lampard isn't too quick anymore but can still certainly distribute a pass, mikel is ok but not really in there for his passing ability. It brings in the argument of playing oscar deeper which whilst limits his attacking ability and doesn't give him the option to roam as much does give us a bit more of a creative link to the front 3/4 than we may have had previously. P.s. i don't expect oscar to start this game yet as he hasn't been with the squad for a week yet, i would love him too but RDM already said he is trying to slowly integrate him into the team... Though with all due respect to reading we should be keeping much more of the ball than them anyway. It is probably also worth noting that the fact wigan seemed to control the game a bit more is highly linked to the fact we were 2-0 up so quikcly as if it was 0-0 they probably would have sat in a bit more which is why we were pretty good on the counter and should have had another pen, and also nearly scored until it was cleared of the line.
-
Hazard mata and oscar all together... Should well keep more possesion and control more of the ball than just 2 of them was the point i was making.
-
It would force us to be on the offensive and probably boss possesion something we didn't do too much after the first 7 mins... Obviously don't want it to happen, but we would probably see a different chelsea... Play oscar and our possesion stats and passing stats should shoot up.
-
The only way we don't go top is if we lose which would be terrible... Not underestimating reading but all things considered, we should be racking up 3 points. It won't be easy and they have threats such as pog who can be dangerous on his day, but if we are on our game we should have more than enough to get passed them.
-
We will have to agree to disagree on the first line, my fault though for taking us off topic... They are both AMAZING players we can agree on that...
-
Not to seem to nitpick, but Lampard...
-
Wait til the end of the gameweek before making transfers, especially when the real transfer market is on. I was gonna put in Defoe on friday but probably won't now... Decisions decisions...
-
I agree, i don't particular rate him that much or particularly like him considering he has already played for half the clubs in london, but is a definate striker with Premier league pedigree and would be fairly useful as a 2nd/ 3rd choice striker.
-
I didn't really like the new avengers movie that much, though scarlet johannson was in leather so.... He would be a useful addition to our team, not worth the 40 mil figure that seems to be being spread around but nothing we can do. In term of high quality RW'ers that are available whose main position is there is fairly limited which is why it would seem as if he is our main target since before we signed Hazard and oscar... Moses is more than useful though is seen as a squad player, and several other players are strikers who can play there which i suppose isn't ideal... The fact he can be a backup striker is something that is just a little extra adding a little more depth to the team though as it is clear to everyone he doesn't do it a lot and hasn't shown much in the limited time , however it doesn't mean he cant be useful there with a bit more training etc. Are there better options out there? Yes... Are they realistic? No. Also the fact he has publicly decalred he wants to leave and wouldn't mind coming here is a big step in the right direction. As i said earlier i am not too fussed either way as he does offer us a lot or we could try Hazard at RW again and move Mata to the left which seems less likely. Hulk is a good name though and will sell a lot of shirts, still prefer lampard on mine though...
-
Ok maybe not always but if we spend like 35 mil on Hulk you can be pretty sure he will spend most of his time starting there. If he was to come then we could play: Torres Hazard Mata Hulk Mikel Oscar Cole Terry Cahill Ivan Cech With marin as our supersub... Biggest problem with that is Oscar wold be very limited and we would need Mikel to be much more solid in central mid otherwise we would get ripped apart... Be a team we could use against teams like Southampton etc though.

http://www.nationalturk.com/en/chelsea-insist-for-hulk-transfer-the-deal-will-complete-soon-latest-chelsea-news-chelsea-transfer-news-24367 Seems a bit of an unreliable source but whilst we are all waiting with bated breath why not add another source...
-
Wasn't a huge fan of this at first, but its definately growing on me, he offers a lot and has said he wants to come here, also we seem to have a position where no-one is really working... Hazard did well against wigan though he wasn't exactly playing RW... And i have seen him play twice i think at striker and although he hasn't been overly impressive he provides an alternative backup as he is someone who could go there if need be. If he doesn't come then i am totally fine with it as the likes of Marin and Oscar we get bigger roles this season which will be great, however if he does come then i will be 100% behind him... And the price is too high if we are looking at value though you don't become a multi billionaire by being an idiot and roman knows what he is doing so that is fine by me... Also we would regain about 10% back due to shirt sales probably, especially in the far east where the name Hulk is extremely marketable.
-
Yep, if mourinho ever wants to come back, just pick up the phone, i would have him back in a heartbeat.. With RDM alongside of course...
-
Clone him...
-
I highly doubt we would sign both Hulk and cavani so it seems more of an either or deal. Also signing hulk and moses would also be fairly pointless...
