  1. Yeah definitely, we were the better team and it was the failure to take the chances that cost us the game. RDM could be seen at fault for not changing things earlier which is my biggest problem with him atm, as he leaves it til after something happens. But if torres, or mata take their chances we win.
  2. He has had some good games. I know he is still young, but 15 goals in 80 odd games is hardly anything to go to over the mental about. You can obviously tell he has great talent but then so do a lot of youngsters if his age.
  3. Lol, small world... We have it Wednesday Friday and some Saturdays... Never did it as a kid, but I have been working there for a year and a half now. I do all the recording of hw etc.Tbh I didn't even know you had it in America... Clearly its worldwide. Got to go uni now...
  4. Can't wait to have him in our team, i just feel so much better when i see him leading them out and in that line...
  5. Yeah i think thats getting a bit extreme... I honestly think we can dramatically improve this team with 15/20 mil. Get a cheap proven finisher, another cb to provide some cover... Obviously i would rather have falcoa than any other striker, but its just that we don't have to spend a shit load to make an improvement if we don't want to.
  6. Yeah but all teams are a work in progress. Man citys defence is pretty bad tbh, and man u's is far from convincing. In fact i take our best back 5 over theirs all day. Yes it is their strikeforce that has recently proved the difference, but we have as much quality as them just not enough in a crucial area. I am not saying we are going to win the league but it is still definitely a 3 horse race... We are underdogs but we are in it.
  7. Yeah i think we see your point, and he did get past a couple of players, which was good, but we need more from him. People get on his back because it is the same most of the time. Which is why not many people are going on about mata missing his oppertunity, because he has proven what he can do, and i am sure he knows he had a bad game. Torres is still trying which is good, and the crowd is still behind him, and we must play the hand we were dealt...
  8. TBH we don't exactly know that. RDM decides to wait til the 76th min to make an unforced change etc. Tactically, we have to work with what we have at our disposal, and other than perhaps a 4-3-3 we don't really have the personnel to try something else. I.e. we obviously can't go 4-4-2, or 3-5-2 or anything like that, and in terms of on field tactics it is hard to have to have the 3 AM's running the show... Obviously that raises the question put studge or moses up there, which is where some blame could fall on RDM, but i honestly don't believe things would exactly be that different with pep at the helm. Also many have said he doesn't have a plan B. But do we really have the personnel for a plan B. Put moses up front is about as plan B as we have, or drop oscar back deeper and put moses wide. When we had didier we had a plan B (Or A depending on how you look at it). I.e. big target man...
  9. Whatever it is JT will be back in a chelsea shirt at some point, he is too hard, to retire due to an injury. Hopefully it just looked worse than it is and it is a strain, and not a complete tear or rupture or something.
  10. Absolutely... also pleased that the minute silence was obeyed by all... RIP, Heroes.
  11. Maybe, i think its more the devil he knows is better than the devil he doesn't.
  12. Really mate... It really says something about the two teams that you came on here to annoy us when you snatched a point. But if i wanted to respond in a less mature manner, then i would simply point out that we have double the points you have...
  13. Hello and welcome... 1. What have you made of the Chelsea start to the season? Been happy with the changes we starting to implement, especially our attacking mid 3. Made a great start but recently had a few poor results. Overall if you had offered 3 points of top at the start of the season i would have taken it. 2. What are your opinions on WBA's start to the season? VERY IMPRESSED. Just looked at the table and said in the other thread, wow, West brom have made a great start... Probably all because of Lukaku... 3. We've seen John Terry involved in a racism case, and of course, the recent allegations with regards to Clattenburg. What have you made of both situations and the way they've been handled? TBH, the off field issues are starting to get extremely annoying as they seem to dictate everything. If he said something wrong he should be punished, but they should sort things out quickly and get back on the game. 4. What are your opinions on West Bromwich Albion as a football club alongside it's supporters? Seems good from a far. I don't actually know any west brom fans to be honest... 5. Both clubs have managers which have figured for both clubs. What have you made of the work RDM has done with yourselves, and what Steve Clarke has done with us so far? RDM did amazing last season and i really like his relationship he has with the players and he is a chelsea legend... Steve clark has worked wonders with you and is extremely good for you. He should start lukaku a bit more. 6. What are you expecting from Chelsea for the remainder of the season? Can you retain the Champions League? Top 3 in the prem is a must, and to get as far as possible in the champions league. It would be extremely special to retain it, but to do so we need a striker. 7. What do you expect from WBA from the remainder of the season? Do we have a chance of Europe? Yeah definitely, i think you can sneak that last europa league spot. We have seen this year that everyone is more bunched together, so you are in competition with a lot of other teams but if you can carry on what you are doing... Why not. 8. What players in our side do you fear and who should we be wary on Saturday? James morrison has been extremely good for you this season, as well as shane long as he always seems to pop up with a goal. 9. What team is Roberto Di Matteo most likely to choose on Saturday? Cech Azpi Ivan Cahill Bertrand (Unless cole is back) Mikel Rambo Mata Oscar Hazard Torres Is probably what RDM will play but i would go with: Azpi Ivan Cahill Bertrand (Unless cole is back) Mikel Rambo Moses Mata Marin Sturridge as we have a lot of games coming up and need to start resting some players. Also we need to bench torres. 10. And finally score predictions Close game but i think we will get it 3-1 with our quality in midfield coming through.
  14. Since we are looking at the positives, we outplayed them, and looked the best team. We all know our problems now and tbh i was extremely pissed at first but have calmed down now. We drew it happens. We look better in defence and midfield than city and are 3 points behind... Considering we have 2 points in the last 3 games, that is something to take away and have 9 and 8 points over arsenal and tottenham respectively.
  15. In what way though. They only set up suarez, after they had scored and we were pushing forward. We gave the ball away too much, but then we did a good job of winning it back. We threw away 2 points there, they didn't win 1.
  16. I still believe he is the man, he just needs to not be afraid to change things early and not wait for something to happen.
  17. Yes we have other problems but when it boils down to it that is the issue. Also, we can hardly say there has been no development, there has been 10 games. For example oscar has done amazingly well adapting to the english league, in only a few games. Our 3 amigos are not our problem here; they are our shining light and often our saviour... Hazard- Start of the season Mata- throughout really he has been exceptional Oscar- Has generally done extremely well especially in the champions league. Moses- Showing his ability when he gets the chance. Bertrand- Our number 2 left back, had a shocker vs shakhtar, but was better today.
  18. 3 amazing creative players, all great passers... No one to pass too.
  19. 100%, we all saw the organisation and how he led the team, in fact i can't remember them having a great chance whilst he was on the field.
  20. He actually made some great runs, but then instead of playing the simple pass he tried to keep going and knocked it 8 foot in front of him.
  21. Yeah, he needs to be dropped for sure, but RDM clearly doesn't have much faith in Danny for some reason, and we have no idea whether he has considered moses up top.
