I want to know who are the people buying torres 9 shirts to make him the biggest shirt seller. I don't know 1 Chelsea fan who has this season's shirt with torres on. And I can't imagine that many Chelsea fans whose favourite player is torres. Unless they are Chelsea fans because of torres. Or am I underestimating the number of new fans we got because of the torres signing. Also nothing against anyone who has/gets /wants a new shirt with torres on the back. Just find it weird that he would still be our biggest shirt seller over the likes of lampard jt, Hazard mata etc.

Lets do this... Pretend you are an average defender in the premier league... I.e. Someone like Jonny evans, Who do you want running at you? This guy built like a bloody tank Or this guy? Like its not even close. Add in the fact that Lukaku is pretty much better than torres at everything and a hell of a lot younger. Bring him in. If we bring in a big name striker, then its a bit different. But if he was given the no 2 role he would still get lots of games. And 20 mins left we need a goal. What an option it would be to have 2 upfront... (Cavani/falcao/lewy) And then this guy with fresh legs.

I would honestly rather he went to the premier league than monaco. Even if it wasn't us, it would mean we would go hard at Lewy or Cavani so wouldn't really worsen our position. What a waste of talent him going to ligue 1. Just imagine, the premier league with Man city Utd and Us having 3 of the best strikers in the world. Would re-affirm the league as the greatest for sure. A 3 way title race with all teams crammed full of talent. Obviously we have the best, and hopefully jose. But would be pretty special.

I think your being way too paranoid. Sure mourinho has his favourite way of doing things like everyone does, but he can adapt, which is one of the other reasons he is a great manager. Mata might get dropped? For who. No-one is on that level. Oscar is best when central. But he is played wide simply because mata is better atm. I think one of the reasons Jose is coming here is because of the great young talent we have. He knows the quality of these 3 and the rest and will improve them, not try and make them into something they are not.

Bit early give any proper predictions, without it being just hopeful more than anything. Would need to see who is brought in by teams.

For me Lukaku and KDB have been excellent an would fit nicely into our first team set up. Definitely would both get a lot of gametime if no one else was added, but our best loanee would have to be courtois considering he is probably in the top 5/10 keepers in the world and its only because we have one of the top 3 keepers in the world already that he isn't starting for us right now. And you cannot say the same about Lukaku, who needed the time on loan, and KDB who i think has definitely benefited from a spell on loan. As for who we bring back it is totally dependant on who we bring in. With the exception of nathanial who for me needs one more season in the top flight. If watford make it with zola him staying there would be ideal. As for lukaku, if we are to bring in a (falcao/lewy/cav) type striker then he should probably go back on loan for one more season just to get another season of first team football under his belt. KDB imo should come back becuase we need him as we have seen this team without hazard and especially mata and its not the same. He maybe wouldn't be first 11 straight away, but he would still get plenty of game time, as it will be another long season, next year. Courtois should stay on loan for another season as cech is still good enough, but perhaps in a year Courtois may be taking the reigns.

Really? I think they have the ability to be some of the greatest in the world, especially the first 4 and the chance to work with Mourinho would speed up that process, and help them fulfil thier full potential. I am not worried in the slightest about that.

We will have Jose in charge who is one man who wouldn't be afraid to bench torres and play the youngster. So the torres effect will be reduced. If we buy a big name striker and torres stays then yes we should loan him. As 4 strikers is a bit much and we need him to be playing at least semi regular.
