Boga was one of my favourite players coming through the youth ranks. He had/has so much ability. Good to see him resurrecting his career at Sassuolo. He is really kicking on now and doing his solo individual acts. Scored 2 brilliant goals against Firoentina and Inter in the last month or so. Still think he can make it at the top. Similar to Gnabry. Has so much ability.

Kante's contract he signed last year was around £300k p/w. Sancho new contract this summer is £180k p/w.
-
Sancho just signed a new contract in the summer. Of course they are not going to sell him January. Sancho is also a key player for them, while Pulisic contract with Dortmund was up in 2020 IIRC. What happened with Pulisic was rare as Jason mentioned. If Sancho moves, it will happen in summer for sure.

He really has improved his passing. He has defo been working on it. Defo should be kept here and in recent matches, has been our best defender imo. Pace, strong in the air and good tackler. All round perfect CB. Hope his form remains consistent. Also scares the life out of strikers too, which is always a bonus.
-
His productivity has been poor, but either way as a fullback, you would hate to come up against him. Because he usually causes problems with his dribbling, pace and strength and draws fouls. As Jenas analyzed, there was a couple times Zaha got the better of him, but James did well in terms of not committing and doing what Zaha does really well and drawing a penalty etc.
-
He is terrified about coming up against Reece James. He doesn't want the Zaha treatment
-
Sterling has protested a couple times today and nearly talked himself into a booking which would mean he is suspended against us
-
Another win. And got to get a clean sheet too. James was fantastic wow. A little too confident sometimes, but wow he is special. Kovacic, bearing in mind Jorginho was absent and he is not usually in the pivot with Kante, was once again fantastic. Willian top class. Pulisic top class too. Three league games in a row he has scored in and he looks electrifying when he is on the ball, with a purpose. You can see how much improvement he has made. Him being thrown out the limelight for a bit has done him wonders. Did not thought Abraham was at his best today, but another goal and a top finish too. Tomori was solid and Zouma was excellent. Wow, hopefully Leciester beat Arsenal or at worst get a draw and top 4 is looking really good. Nice way to go into the international break.
-
Just keep on feeding the ball to Puli.
-
Don't' desperately need him but this is there final two games before the Euros and you want your best players. You think Moldova would be easy win and he hopefully is left out, however Albania aren't pushovers. And if he is fit to play for us, Deschamps will take him, especially when top spot, let qualification alone is not assured.
-
Although annoying with Kante, I do understand why they have picked him. They are joint second at the moment and they realise while he might not be 100%, he will be fit enough to play a part and would have seen he made the squad for Ajax and will probably start on Saturday. Had they already qualified, maybe they would have left him out but with the situation there in, it is understandable. Especially since we will be playing him ourselves.
-
Of course he is not going to be consistent every game. He has just turned 22. We all know we are in a transition phase and I like the route we are going. With Lamps in charge, he will only be dropped if his form tails off dramatically. I don't see why you think in a few years he won't be good enough to lead. He is already up there at top of scoring charts at his young age. He is improving and has a lot to his game. Patience Fernando, patience.
-
LOL. He missed chances but was actually key in us getting back into game. Was the reason Blind got a second yellow. Assisted Azpi and while I agree, his finishing could have been better, he caused problems. Where were you when he assisted and scored on Saturday?
-
Even more vitally why we can't afford to lose next game is, if Ajax beat Lille as expected and Valencia beat us, both teams can play out for a draw in the last game which will ensure that both qualify and we know we have seen that before.Valencia would be content with getting second spot and leaving top spot to Ajax too, which is another factor.
-
On another note, thought Kovacic was outstanding once again. Dominated that game. Although offside, that run and through ball he done for Abraham's finish was an excellent piece of play.
-
And bar last season, Zaha usually causes Azpi so many problems. I reckon it would be refreshing to see James on the right hand side. Even if it means shifting Azpi to the left.
-
Either way, we are a much better side. You wouldn't be surprised if they rotate some players here and there because of a league game. That is a game where we should be winning.no doubt about it.
-
If we get a draw at Valencia, I reckon we will be alright personally. Don't see Valencia beating Ajax and reckon we defo will beat Lille as they probably won't have anything to play for.
-
Another proof of why fans need to have patience. Look a few weeks ago, when people were ridiculing him and writing him off. He has come on leaps and bounds since then and defensively has been brilliant. Aerially dominant and also rare for any player to beat him in a foot race. Opinions from fans change like the English weather.
-
We are away from home against a team who majority of game will dominate the game. I agree about him being one of the best midfielders in league right now, however I would have preferred him to be available for Palace instead of City.
-
I would have preferred he played against Palace and suspended against City tbh. He will be more useful for the Palace game than the City one.
-
Was sensational today. Controlled that game. His close-ball control and ability to maneuver out of tight spaces is amazing.
-
Kovacic MOTM for me, definitely. The attacking trio of Pulisic, Mount and Willian were very good too. My heart was racing up and down in those final stages. Any equalizer for them would be totally unjust. We totally dominated that match. 6 points above Arsenal with a considerable better goal difference. United losing too. Wow. Annoying that Jorginho will be suspended for that Palace game as we need to win that before that City game. Loved Lamps post-match interview. He is so composed and speaks well. Abraham also scoring again after going without 3 games or so without a goal was refreshing to see and back to back assists for him too.
-
Shame Liverpool got that winner but on a bigger plus, United and Arsenal both dropped points. What a incentive to win and create more distance from the top 4 chasing pack.
-
Let's be honest. He is not the fastest, but to say he offers nothing in attack is not true. He contributes goals a quite a bit for a LB/LWB. He just isn't your typical pacey fullback. Defensively he gets caught out because he is not fast, but I can guarantee you he will contribute with goals. I don't think there is another fullback with better goalscoring stats than him. But, yeah he was poor tonight.
