Willian may be totally off it this season but I am relieved he is not in the squad.

James and Chilwell starting. Brilliant!

https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/12171883/back-a-8-1-arsenal-win-over-chelsea-jones-knows His predictions always worry me. He is quite savvy with his predictions but I hope we really continue Arsenal's rotten run. There fans do my head in so much and must have the most annoying fanbase around.

Honestly, think we were quite poor tonight. The scoreline flatters us but hopefully that is the kick we need. We were poor throughout large parts of that game. But on positive side the defence remained steady. I think if Antonio had played, the game may have been well different. Haller looked so lethargic. I breathed a huge sigh of relief when I saw Antonio out. Azpi looked rusty but guess not too surprised when you consider that James has been the prominent RB. Praying to god that Chilwell's injury is not serious. Scoreline like I said is harsh on West Ham but Rice was top class. His passing has really gone top notch also. Bring on Arsenal!

But at the same time I feel Ole gets a lot more stick than Arteta. Yeah, I get Lamps is English but Arteta isn't and he seems to be treated as the second coming of Christ. Because he learned from Pep, it seems the media portrayed him as some great before he barely started his managerial career. I think even now, he is not getting as much slack as previous Arsenal managers have. This is their worst start in how many years???

Neymar looks to have suffered a serious ankle/leg injury. You coild actually hear him crying.
-
But it shows you how uneducated people are on this topic. These words are casually used around by people without understanding the meaning of it.
-
Rubbish. Misunderstanding or not, UEFA officials are surely educated on matters like this. You do not mention the 'N' word.

His pace/acceleration is really underrated. On and off the ball. He has this similar style to De Bruyne where he plays a pass and then goes for the one-two and he is extremely difficult to track when he does that. He just breezes past the opposition player. Such an intelligent player. Always anticipating the next move. I am sure more goals will arrive too. Top player.

Raphinha swapped sides at one stage to try and trouble James then thought better of it and went back to his other side
-
Chilwell got lucky there. If Poveda went down that defo would have been a penalty.
-
Perfect. He listened.
-
Giroud should come off now for Tammy. Fresh legs and better for counter.
-
That Rapinha is a good and difficult player to deal with. I'm bricking it everytime he gets on the ball. We need to increase the intensity second half. Leeds much more hungrier.
-
He actually done brilliantly well when pressurized by Sevilla's press for Giroud's second. Was excellent footwork which led to the goal. Brilliant all round team performance and delighted for Giroud. Tammy was definitely set to start on Saturday, even if Giroud scored one but now Giroud put on that display, almost a certainty he will start on Saturday. Good thing also is most of our usual 11 got a very good rest. Was hoping he wouldn't bring on Werner at all but at least the team against Leeds will be completely fresh and Krasnador next week, the team can be rotated fully again and we can see Gilmour starting. Brilliant man management from Frank.

A lot of hype about Gravenberch and you can see why. He dominated that game against Liverpool tonight and oozed of quality. For me the standout player on the pitch. Reminds me of Mousa Dembele. His dribbling, size, and aura on the ball.

Reece James assists stats should be one of the best for a fullback, similar to Robertson and TAA. He puts in great crosses every game, however most the times, it goes unanswered. It almost feels that we only need to post in this thread if he has a bad game, as you just know every game he plays, he is solid. Every game, he looks so good, defensively and offensively. Just love watching his play and the way some players think they can get past him and he just oozes them off the ball with pure strength.
-
Defence solid once again. It is a shame Giroud was not on for when James delivered those 2 brilliant crosses. I thought Mount was good and thought Kovacic was top class. Waiting to win one of the so called 'big games' but progress being made.
-
We look too lightweight. Physically they are dominating us. I worry about Reguilon now that Ziyech is on a yellow and he has to be extremely careful when tracking back that he does not foul or that might be his marching orders. Can't wait till Pulisic comes on already.
-
Like I was saying before the game, a big player was due to be left out the squad due to the depth. I personally thought Jorginho would be left out but he has gone with CHO. I definitely think our attack can cause their defence issues.
-
He got a hattrick today and looked top class, but tbh he has been really bad this season. You should see the City fans reaction on their forums when they see him in the lineup. He is managing his squad. There is games in week in, week out. Sterling has been below-par this season tbh too. Sterling though, yes could of done with this game to get more confidence, similar to Mahrez.
-
Wow. Who is going to drop out the 18 man squad is the question. All the outfield players are playing well. If CHO did not score against Rennes he may have been a culprit to drop out the squad like we have seen before. From the Newcastle game, I think Emerson and Christensen will drop out the squad. Silva and Havertz will come back in. Pulisic will come in for whoever does not start between Jorginho/Kovacic I reckon. Most likely Jorginho. Will be really interesting. Squad has so much depth and quality.
-
Huge overreaction. if his confidence was at an all time low, he would not have done that run that started from his own half that assisted Abraham against Newcastle. He is not low on confidence. He has made some poor decisions in final third but he is still contributing. This will be put to bed next time he scores.
-
But priority also needs to be getting top. We can get far in this if we avoid likes of Bayern. Difference between first and second spot will be massive.
-
So if I am correct, Mount along with Grealish are the only England player to start all 3 games for England in the international break? Good for him but for our sake's was hoping he would be left out tonight
