I honestly do not understand why we play a double pivot yet not with a single defensive midfielder or playmaker. Benitez refusing to adjust costs us.

This is why Ramires isn't good enough IMO. Don't care if he was MOTM a few times this season or last - you can't just have a player running around willy nilly in the double pivot especially when partnered with a player who simply wants to score. Need a proper defensive midfielder. And soon.

Our CB's are so shit tactically. Constantly track players at the wrong times or ball-watch when they should be marking. Great at stopping shops and making last-ditch tackles though.
