I'd honestly feel so sick if Mata never wins a Premier League trophy with us. Eden too. Oscar also. I really can't see anyone but Jose being able to return us to the Kings Of England sort of status. If he comes in I'm sure we'll dominate once again and all worries about players 'wanting to join Madrid' aka Eden (a bit of a silly thought but still plausible) will be gone and all will be good I also feel properly sorry for Torres now. Being such a shit player and bringing down a beautiful club like Chelsea. I thank him for winning the corner which Drogba scored in the CL however and also scoring in the EL final. I believe Torres, as a person, deserves a PL medal. He certainly deserved one during his time at Liverpool. Again, I think that will only happen if Jose joins. I don't think Jose could magically make Torres how he used to be, but he'd take him to the 'next level' above what he is now IMO which'd only be good for us, even if he's a bench player behind Cavani or someone. Basically, what I'm trying to say is; Jose is god.

This will surely be his last season with us when next season comes around, so can we just try and enjoy watching him play when he gets games instead of talking about how shit his tackling is or how he is/isn't good enough to still be a starter? It'd be quite awful to miss out on his final games here. I don't think he'll be playing that much next season.

I didn't actually think they were that impressive vs. Dortmund. If you press against Bayern you have a really good chance. Under most managers we won't have the balls to press. But under Mourinho I'm sure we will, especially after learning his lesson vs. them in the CL semi-final. It'll be interesting if they try that tika-taka crap vs. us under Guardiola. This could actually be a decent chance to take advantage of their very own (slight) transition. I want to win this trophy so much.

The ceiling

I'm actually feeling pretty confident we'll get him. I think it's a myth that Man City will sign another 'top' striker especially with Manuel Pel. likely taking over. He doesn't like to rotate his forwards too much so there'd be unhappy strikers at the club. Us on the other hand always come up with a surprise. Torres - Surprise. Mata - Surprise. Hazard - Surprise (to me anyway). That trend will continue. Someone absolutely top will come in, and as for top strikers, Cavani is the only one who makes sense for this club as we like to go for established names.

His celebration would look a bit silly here. He's used to doing a huge roar like "RAWRRRRRR" or something when he scores which goes perfectly well with the Napoli fans going "GOAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ", but here he'd get a little "Yay!!!!" from the crowd when the ball goes in followed by clapping for half a minute.
