As far I know their XG definiton states that highest percentage in the 1v1 chances is only 0.37 (meaning striker will score only 37 times out of 100). Penalties are 0,74 or something like that IIRC. So when the ball is on the goal line, only to be pushed forward for example, the striker has only 37 percent chance to score which makes no sense whatsoever. They made Ronaldo show as if he underperforms, but that again makes no sense. He might be inefficient, but he gets in more chances than most forwards. If anything, he overperforms given that most forwards dont even get in this many goalscoring opportunities. Stats are interesting, but they are one of the worst things ever to happen in football. A simple example is that these days, "no one" gives a shit about a player that doesnt score or assist every game. If Zidane played nowdays, he would never reach the fame heights that he did back in the day. Hazard would be much more appreciated 10, 15 years ago.

United was very agressive in the first 30min and we couldnt cope with that. We literaly had no midfield. Jorginho and Kovacic, they were lost.

He made Fernandinho twice the player mate. Conte also made Luiz play great in title winning season. Sarri on the other hand; I dont see a single player aside of CHO and Ruben that would improve as a player. Kovacic is the most clear example. He should flourish with regular play time and under attacking manager, but he is below average.

Since november, we play like crap. If it wasnt for that 10 game unbeaten run, we would be 8th aswell. I mean we look absolutely toothless in attack. Zero creativity or dynamic. Not to mention our defence, anyone can pop one as soon as they press us. Next season everyone will know our plan and how to stop Jorginho, so there wont be a surprise 10 game winning run in the start. Eden might not be here. Ban might prevent us signing anyone. Sarri has done zero player development aside from RLC anf CHO who are young and naturaly progressing with play time. Azpi, Willian, any striker, Alonso, Kovacic, Jorginho, Pedro have all underpeformed. As for EL, we didnt play a single strong team. Lets see how we do vs Frankfurt now. As for reaching cup final, we won fa cup last year, so thats hardly something Sarri can brag about. I dont see how are we going to be better next season.

Not so sure. When we had Morata, we wanted Hig. When we have Hig, we want Morata. Both have proven to be not good enough for striker spot, regardless of who is better. Even if Morata is better than Hig, he isnt good enough to make any change. Higuain has problems, Morata just has different problems. He rarely shoots, when he does, he misses entire goal. He has pace but always gets bullied, isnt agressive enough etc.

Meh. There is zero development within this team. We play beyond shit. Quality coach will always provide with glimpse of good performances, however due to lack of quality, there wont be results. Klopp had shit season 1 and 2, but you could "enjoy" in his style. Once they got better players, that style was perfected. Our style or whatever the hell is Sarri doing is unwatchable. No idea, no passion, no determination, shit mentality, shit character, Eden and Kante individual quality. Thats about it.

I love how our club always conveniently compare only stuff that suits them. Our striker cant score, but neither did some dude in 1953. Our coach isnt winning every game, but neither did Klopp. However what they forget to add is that Suarez did alot of running, pressing, buildup, linkup etc. Higuain offers fuck all. They also forget to mention that Klopp installed his attacking mentality to his team and implement it in most games despite lack of results. Sarri did neither in this season. Anyway if Sarri theory is to be believed, then Higuain will score 20 goals+ in Suarez esque way in his 3rd season here when he is 33. Cant wait for it.

We cant even do that. First half when United actualy pressed us, we couldnt keep the ball at all. Our defenders just hoofed it away while our midfield got bullied and dissposesed every time. Even with such average team, we look absolutely clueless in attack. Pass on the wings, then everything stops. If Eden is on the ball, maybe something happens, if he isnt then its a cross in the middle right onto their defenders. Jorginho is clueless, nevermind Kovacic.

We lack results, but we can see some clear improvements since Sarri took over almost a year ago. Said no one ever.

Another game where he does absolutely fuck all, but we are all too stupid to realise how vital he is for this team, right? Him and Kovacic are the worst midfield combo I have seen in a long time. Slow, cant create shit, concede tons of goals and any time someone presses us, they get bullied andt are unable to dictate our play at all.

Both are crap. Both kill the joy out of the team because both have mentality of a snail with a broken shell. We would probably play better if we had one of female strikers from Chelsea ladies. Now the real problem is Sarri. If he thinks Higs is good enough, he and his pal can both fuck off to Italy.

Sarri is a puss. Playing away to United at OT? Ok guys they are too good, show them respect and maybe we draw. He can remove himself from the club with that bs. It shows how limited he is when he cant live for 45 fucking minutes without blowjobing that fag he holds in his hands all the time. If we miss on top 4, he needs to go. If Arsenal, United and Spuds played footie of their life, fine, they are too good. But if we miss out when they play like absolute shit and we manage to do it even worse, he should pack the bags. Zero excuses.

Last 10min, when we actualy played football, we could easily score. But Sarri lacks balls to play football against this shit United side and plays for a draw. A point is a point, but if we had manager with winning mentality and good motivation, we would be winning these games.

Lazy fatass. Sucking on 300k a week or howevermuch he has and does fuck all. Run for 30 seconds, fail to press or do anything, starts bitching around and then walks for 5 min. Pedro was launching counter and he casualy joggs. Offside all the time, doesnt score a golden chance and when he has ideal chance to pass to Eden who would be 1v1, he attempts that so badly that it gets easily intercepted. I supported this dude when he came, speed is something you either have or you dont. But this dude is lazy as fuck. Probs doesnt even give a shit with all those offsides, no other explanation given he is experienced player and used to thrive on positioning. Get in the fucking shape for that paycheck.

We have to target Herrera and Rojo who are on yellow and they cant do shit without fouling. Red would be guaranteed. Or our player 1v1 on De Gea. But offcourse no one in this team has iq to do it and both will remain on field for the rest of the match.

The club should find his replacements way sooner like Liverpool did with Coutinho. He left, but they had Salah, Mane, Firmino. People say we will become more of a team and play better. But who will lead us? Pedro? Willian? Inexperienced CHO or Pulisic? You are taking a piss if you think Eden departure will make us better. We dont have players that underperform because of Eden. And then they will unleash their true potential once Eden leaves. Nonsense. If anything this team overperforms because of him. If Eden left, maybe with quality striker, at least his regular goals would get us out of shit, but we dont even have that. I think Eden departure is inevitable, but I hope for a miracle that he stays.

Id prefer Lautaro any time over Icardi. He is quick, strong and works hard. His scoring is going to improve too.

I wouldnt mind that much if he left. Maybe he will develop into quality RB, but he isnt one atm. We still have Azpi who will stay and hopefuly James comes here to provide back up. Between Aina and James, I prefer the later because he is younger and has higher ceiling.
