With season over, friendly matches comming up, change of coach and plan to win PL title next year, our dear club has to do quite a few things to keep team as tidy as it is, use best option and NOT FUCK ANYTHING UP. Soo... Transfers 1.) Get an ultimate b2b energetic ball winning midfielder. Why? Because we are piss poor in pressing, keeping the ball and controling midfield 2.) Winger to add depth, 3.) Class striker (depends on Lukaku's situation). Depends on Torres/Ba aswell. 4.) Bring Mou home. 5.) Bring a proven, cheap midfielder ala Diame to give our midfield some depth (in case we sell Mikel) Our team 1.) Use our youth well; Ake, Wallace (could he work as winger?), Lukaku, Kalas?, others... 2.) Keep Kdb for fuck sake, he is needed to add depth and promising prospect 3.) Keep Marin (if he will get at least some chances) 4.) Maybe most important; try to play Oscar in double pivot through Preseason. 5.) Get rid of Benayoun, Malouda, maybe Mikela and Torres 6.) Name a primary CB pair that will work whole season. 7.) Formation/style of play has to be evident. Today we are leading 2:1 vs everton and last 5 mins our players just kick the ball on opponent side, instead of keeping it. Ffs! Fix this and other small problems like Cech lonb balls... 8.) Play nice football Thats about it. Your wishes what we have to do are welcome

I have feeling Mata wont have too great relation with Mou...for some reason he loves attacking football and have free role and work under attacking minded/spanish manager, while Mou is counter specialist. Can Mou ever try more offensive football here? Because in counter football, Mata wont be half as good in big games in open play (like vs Barca or Bayern last year). Mourinho always worked well with 'old school' players (Chelsea, Inter) while Modern players arent to his like realy (Real Madrid) so we will see...

I think players like Vidal, Bender, Martinez, Capoue are all ball winning midfielders. They run through whole match, cover all midfield, track and take ball from oppositio every game. Mikel is holding mid because he just sits deep and marks, but football nowdays is very fast and with few passes, everyone goes past Mikel. Because to stop fast passing game, you have to press on opponent (something like Vidal does) while Mikel just goes fuck all. This team is realy weak in pressing and I think that is why Mikel wont have good time here under Mou. Both Khedira/Xabi can press, Essien was engine while Cambiasso was master tackler and nothing went past him during Mou's Inter. Mikel last year or under Ancelotti was great, but thing is that he has downgraded since. He isnt shit, but he wont fit our style of play nor our needs. He is great for counter system 4:3:3 where all three mids can press/defend (Lamps-Mikel-Ballack). In this team, he gets exposed and does nothing. Our team will have only one real destructor in 4:2:3:1 and Mikel is too poor to be one. He needs other players to help him, while Vidal or Bender are much better at doing things alone. Having pair of Vidal-Strootman, Bender-Fernandinho or DeRossi-Oscar would be fine, but before we buy anything I would give Mou time in pre season to try Romeu-Oscar and then decide. If Mikel will be shit, sell him and get someone like Diame as backup with Romeu first choice. And at Chelsea 4:3:3 system wont work because of Mata, while I hope Mou wont have any ideas of selling Mata because of that.

Realy? Farfan's only weakness is his age, but aside from that, he has everything we need for a winger. He is incredibly muscular, decent height (1,78) and superb sprinter. He tracks back (similar to Pedro), but what he is best is that he offers width. His dribbling drags defenders on him, giving space for Huntelaar and others. His crosses/through balls are fantastic, you rarely get that in wingers nowdays. Do we have proper crossers? No. IF Cavani ever comes, someone like Farfan is 10times more usefull than Sanchez or Schurrle. Farfan can dribble, play short passes (from Psv times) and cross very good. He isnt real finisher, but he can score (in past he had rocket in his legs, nowdays he is more of team player and wants to deliver ball to strikers, rather to shot himself). As from defensive rate, he isnt Schurrle, but still much better than Mata or Hazard. His physical strenght is key in his dribbles (while Sanchez uses mostly fast tricks). You wont get this guy of the ball when he is attacking unless he will want to dive. While dribbling, he also relies on his pace (still extremely fast, like he was very young). Pace is what we lack in attack, thing is that Farfan can drive the ball through flanks with speed or if opponent playa tight defence, he could do one-twos with Hazard and Mata. His passing is realy good, you know. Not xavi but certainly equal to Hazard (less flair but more calm passer). He can pose threat from set pieces and when he takes long shots. One thing, he is also very experienced (regular player in CL) and now plays in BuLi, league that is alredy on high level and physicaly strong one.As I said, his age is his major flaw, because he 28 already. That isnt going with our policy, but hey, we cant have just young players...I think he would fit with Mou well, he isnt trouble maker off pitch or on it, and he can play either possesion or counter football. And he is NATURAL right winger, he would fit in team perfectly. Schurrle isnt skilled passer and Sanchez is never coming under Mou, I think...

Stats say only the half of story... I have been defending Mikel for long time, but I think he will have to prove it to me again. As DM he is not shit at all, but his lack of passion to run and fight is terrible. He just doesnt care realy... Another note is that he went bitching about how bad Europa league is, bit after we won it he wanted to be right next to trophy like he earned it or sth... I think we need replacement, unless Mou gets him back to play hard. He was excelent last year, but this season he stagnated, even decreased.

The thing is that we should rate him as much. He is young, extremely talented and good gks are rare. He is OUR player. If anyone realy wants him, pay the fucking price.

Cech is i form and injury free for some time now. Might not make it to 40s, but he can play on top for three years at minimum. Courtois, I hope we wont sell him, but where will he play for next 2-3 years? We cant loan him to Am every year... Besides, having Courtois, Lukaku and De bruyne is only good thing. If board keeps them, brilliant, but just in some case we sell them, we should act Porto/Spurs like and rate them highly. Kdb for 25, Courtois for 40 and Lukaku for 25. If anyone wants them, that are the prices. That is how our board should sell, not leaving players for cheap ala studge for 15mio...

My point is just that I dont want him here...he is too much of wannabe, bigger than club. Hazard role will decrease because of him. While Beckham was classy and all, Ronaldo is one big ego.
