I dont see reason why some people are complaining about january bussiness... We brought Matic (finaly a very good DM for fair price), Salah and Zouma (future CB), while sold Mata (who was probably unhappy) and De Bruyne. Plus we made profit. The real win comes from fact that City didnt buy any player at all, despite Im certain they wanted to strenghten their defence. Arsenal only bought Kim, while they failed to buy a striker they wanted. United bought Mata for 40mio, but not what they realy need; CM and CB. Newcastle is weaker because Cabaye left. Spurs didnt sign anyone aswell. It was a good transfer window all in all. And in summer its 100%, we will sign striker.

One must admit that Mata has superb vision and passing...but that wont save United...

I think he is better as CAM but would be good addition. But he isnt worth close to 40mio.

Bad point is that in some games he shows absolutely nothing what #10 should...his workrate covers it a bit though. I realy hope he will improve in consistency.

If we wont get Shaw, Alex Sandro would another superb option. He had amazing CL form this season and he is everything you can get from Full back. Top defending, flair, unnormal speed, brilliant crosses and strenght. Also 23, pefect age to be regular starter here. And he has plenty of team mates in Oscar, Willian, Ramires. Kid has unbelievable crosses (3,2 per game), for example Lahm (0,6) or Alaba (1,3). Price would be definately 30mio though...

Hell no to Vitesse...if he gets loaned out, Premier league for sure. He is good enough to play in midtable/low PL team.

The reaction and Peps answer that Kroos situation is unpredictable still hint at something could be wrong... If Kroos was in Pep big plan, he would never say that Kroos is Bayern player, but that could change. If rumours are Bs, coaches usualy deny them. Pep didnt. Still chances of Kroos here are as small as Torres reaching 20 PL goals this year.

Idealy a much better choice than Kroos, but only if he can stay fit which Im afraid is big question. He is much faster than Kroos with or without the ball. Also tracks better...

They had massive loss of 118mio in 2011/12(Bbc reports that city was hiding true number that could reach 160mio!) While 2012/13, they had loss of 63mio. Our attacking quatro and pivot wasnt much better in attack. They tried to make passes, crosses, dribbles and shot but all was piss poor. Most shots we made were out of box with 5 defenders blocking...ffs. Clear cut chances made by Hazard, Oscar or Willian were just 2 or 3. Its ridiculous when you have 70% possesion. Willian offers no width, cant release ball quickly etc. Game today was tailor made for Mata. Oscar as much he contributes in defence, he was average in attacks. Awful shots, created almost nothing.

Its not Whu, its our problem. We didnt created anything serious. Fighting spirit isnt always enough. But I feel it was just a day off. Nothing went through, they were top in defence etc. Another day we would score 5 goals out of those 38 shots.

I was wrong about not getting Dlp. Ramires-Matic is fine, but we need plan B. Question is who is the player who is top class but would be prepared to sit half games due to Mou tactics and play only in games like vs Whu... But Kroos is too expensive, we need to invest in ST, LB first. Too fucking bad we didnt buy Cabaye who is similar to Mata (corners, free kicks, key goals, vision) but plays deeper and can press. Another proof we need world class striker and proper fullbacks. The game was just meant to be that way. We tried hard, I would say too hard and put too much pressure on ourselves, there was too much frustration, if we werent in such rush but with more precision, we would win it. Another thing I see is that we have no game changer on bench. City has Dzeko, United has Chicarito, we dont have anyone. I never expected Ba to score today, even if he played more. Just isnt that type of player...maybe Lamps is only one who can make real difference in such games, but he blew it today. Shoting was terrible and we seriously need to move the ball faster in attack. Whu defence was always in position because it takes 30 seconds for Willian/Hazard/Oscar/Ramires/Etoo... to fucking pass the ball. Hazard was quite efficient though, but still not enough. And this game shows we still have many problems Im afraid; Mou isnt always right, striker and lb wil give us some more power, but players that we already have must improve. And sure, against teams who park the bus, Ramires is useless. And Mikel. Why the fuck Ivan plays in this games too? Cole-Azpi would be much better and even Luiz instead or Ramires, Mikel or Cahill. We would need Cabaye or someone in such games... Btw Mourinho needs to grow some balls and play more attacking against such teams... Azpi-Luiz-Terry-Cole Matic-Lamps Willian-Oscar-Hazard Etoo would work much better. And subs like Schurrle, Salah, Ba... We might concede a goal with such team, but should also score at least 2/3

I like that Etoo is actualy working as a proper striker. Hid shooting is bit off but he wants to to score and looks dangerous What I dislike is that every player wants to keep the ball instead of pass it quickly and open WH defence
