  1. He might become incredible in his early 30s, late 20s, but he had been complete crap this season. All those passes and throws straight into opposition say plenty of how concentrated he is.
  2. Pretty much like last season final weeks. We were truly crap but spuds, united, arsenal were even worse.
  3. This has been a problem for us for years. Matic could do it at his peak, then there were Hazard and Kante. Rest of the team was never realy comfortable with the ball. Fabregas always shat himself in big games, while we never had defenders that would be very technical in first place. Willian and Costa were decent in attack but still largely unreliable in this aspect. We didnt change that in so many years and incoming Ziyech surely wont change that. He is so thin I wonder how will he cope in PL and CL because he sure isnt athletic/fast either.
  4. I just thought what would be if Davies was marking slow Alonso and I laughed for about 2 minutes.
  5. He is underrated, but if he played like two months in a row, its very likely fans would want him to be dropped because he isnt good enough in the end.
  6. I havent been following PL that much recently aside from Chelsea because Im busy, but if stuff like this is happening every week, Im glad im missing out. This isnt even something "new" to discuss, if you have eyes you see its a foul. I mean sure its easy to talk when you are observer, and when you are actualy THE MAN to decide there is pressure and all, thats why I somehow gave some understanding to all those weird ref decisions in the past. But now you have screens, replays, all angles etc etc. The guy almost broke his foot and the ball wasnt near. Unless you are 5 years old watching footie for the first time or 80 years old with dementia, this is a clear foul. At the very least, there should be concequences. Change of VAR rules, firing the people responsible for stuff like this etc. But it only gets worse. Basicaly VAR didnt make footie more correct, it just gave the officials more power to decide what team benefits from decisions like the one today. Or Zouma goal last week. If that is fucking Real or United, they would obviously have the goal standing.
  7. How was that not a red? Can someone explain to me how can you say its not foul for red card after watching that replay twice? How can a person that fucks up something so basic, simple and clear even judge the matches on regular basis? VAR decisions have been crap for a while, but this is next level. Its so clear you dont even have to be a football fan to see this was a clear serious foul. I mean if this shit continues Ill stop watching football. Because this is now deliberate favorising of certain teams or situations that suits them.
  8. Why is Tomori not playing in Epl for 2 months now? What bs it that? He is young and needs to play, its not like we have top defence without him and unlike most others, he can actualy impove. Is he injured or sth?
  9. In that case we would make about 100m profit.
  10. Mbappe, Sancho and now Haaland look to be on course to be next gen best players in the world. Would be incredibly stupid from our club not to try signing Sancho or even Haaland given we have plenty of cash and we need new players in attack
  11. The more you see how Ajax deals with transfers, arrival and generaly handles their football stuff reminds you why we started watching football. They are just enjoying in football. I give them so much respect at how they handle everything in todays time when footie lost most of its magic.
  12. Haha yeah good memories there. If you get a chance, visit Lagos in Portugal one day 😁
  13. Pub crawl on monday evening...fucking legend 😀
  14. The one good thing that is certain is that he has strong delivery, freekicks and corners will be quite dangerous again, finaly. Everything else, from tactical and physical side, remains to be seen how he does it in PL.
  15. Both have been coasting for two seasons now with a good game here and there.
  16. What matters is if those millions are spent well and club is run well. It means nothing to you if we get 40 or 60 or 150m from sponsor. You aint getting none of that money. But we had rather shit business of recent even with those extra 20m it wont help all that much. However we will be seeing the kits every weekend and those look like crap with #3. Before the incoming jokes about 3rd place being our level etc.
  17. Should be Chelsea 2004 instead of city realy...and pool has to win the title first before they compare it with the rest.
  18. If we had a "Terry" in defence or "Lamps" in midfield, it would be much easier for the likes of Mount or Tomori to learn and improve and perform at certain level. But with, harshly put; bang average senior dudes with crap mentality that cant even keep themselves afloat, the youngsters will be under massive pressure and there will be big inconsistency with the youth.
  19. He started off brilliantly, but after that injury he was just realy poor. The whole team dropped though. Mount, CHO very noticable. Pulisic is playing hot and cold too.
  20. This has got to be the most quiet transfer window in a very very long time. Not just Chelsea, europe as a whole.
  21. Wait what? He scored 13 goals and extra 3 assists in his first PL season for Chelsea. If you are talking clear chances, Suarez is one of the most frustrating players because he missed so many chances aswell, but its all about how many you score in the end. And Chelsea as a whole has been pretty crap for the past few weeks if not months now, Tammy is one of the players who are the least to be blamed. First it goes on the defence, we concede left and right. Kepa and entire backline is terrible whole season but recently its even worse.
  22. I hate Pool with passion but they do have crazy team and a manager, I mean if you are a football fan you got to see that right? The depth definately helps too because their players are fresh. But its true Pep style is made to kill small teams. However I ask you this; which team is better; the one that wins against small teams or the one that beats the best ones? And its partly right about them making stars. Robertson was just a decent player then, now he is one of the best FB in europe. TAA certainly made that jump too. Firmino and Mane were fine players, now especialy Mane is world class. Salah and VVD were very good already but not World class, however they spent alot on those two so its different. If we make Mount, Tammy, Kovacic etc. world class we would be saying we make our own stars too.
  23. The jerky jerk for city team is unreal. They spent tons of milions on that defence. 50m players for this and that defender every summer. Obviously they will roll over small teams because of their depth. They can rotate every week. Liverpool is anthing close to legendary team in england right now and only one to compare to those teams in PL prime. Klopp bought one CB and thats it. Pep is buying them all the time and its never enough. Same for fullbacks and wingers. Oh we already have Bernardo and Sane? Lets buy Mahrez too. Liverpool bought Firmino, Salah and Mane for plenty of cash too but they had clear idea how to utilize them. They are their starters. They dont buy another top winger every summer just to do it. They made them from good players to world class. Then you have midfileders. Klopp actualy has Wijnaldum and Henderson there but its like they are way better in this team. Pep would bring 10 other midfielders by now. Pool is years ahead of City. They have won CL against top sides and now going in the league with big point difference. Just a single draw. Havent lost in over a year. All that achieved with Robertson, Gomez/Lovren/Matip, TAA, Henderson, Wijnaldum who would never get a damn sniff at City because Pep has to buy a superstar team and then still they shit in their pants in the CL. Or Laporte gets injured and thats an excuse for them to suddenly be 20 points behind lol. Stones and Otamendi who both cost what 90m combined are no longe4 there? Pool also lost Alisson and Fabinho for a while. They adopted and they dont have that crazy depth City had. 60m for fullback that doesnt even play now haha. Its Pep who decides who to join his team. And then he realizes they are not good enough/doesnt have patience and just wants more more more.
