Probably the only bright thing in our season so far.

I think our team and moreso Jose is waay too focused on results rather on good performances and football. With good performances, results will follow and people will be more entertained. Honestly Im not as sad about results as Im about how we play. We play absolutely terrible football under Mou except for those three months from august to october 2014. Rest was bad. Yeah we got results in league but we playing quite uninteresting football. Not to mention we performed realy poor against atletico and psg in CL. I love Mou but I love football more. And by football I dont mean tiki taka, but passionate, high pressing, efficient football where players actualy try to play. We had that in previous time under Mou, but I dont see it nowdays. Everything seems forced that we are a happy club. Mou has no friendly relationship with any player as he did with Lamps, Drogba, Riccy, Terry etc in first spell. Im seriously split between keeping Mou or going in new direction. With Mou even when we had results, we played bad. I dont think I want to see more of such football in this age, because we have way too much talent on our team. But any change in manager spot will only destabilize club even further. Anyway who would replace him? Only coach available that could get us out of this is Carlo, but even he would have difficult time. Bottom line I see players disinterested to play for Mou and if best for the club is that he leaves, then he should.

Only three are worth mention WIllian, Begovic and Azpi. Partly Kenedy and RLC but didnt play enough. Rest is plain shit for this or other reasons right now.

If he actualy gave a fuck, that would be nice. IMO he is the perfect description of plastic player, and I dont want that in our team. Right now Hazard, Matic and bunch of others dont give shit either, but Cesc oozes the class of player who is here for trophies and wont push his body to save the club. Fuck that. We had players who actualy gave fuck like Lamps, Drogba, Essien, Ballack, fighting for the team. Team we have right now, is disgrace. Sadly but it. From defense to attack, to management, maybe 10% cares.

Im not pointing we should change the coach because it would destabilize our board once again, but take a look what change can a different coach bring. Borussia Monchengladbach lost first five games in BL, changed coach, won the next 5. I love Mou for all he has done to us, but sometimes I cant get pass the fact that he might be limiting our team potential with his defensive and old tactics. Sure sure the PL is different than other leagues, but take a look at Cuadrado, Salah, KDB, Mata etc who couldnt get game under Mou, but are shining elsewhere; KDB, Mata in the same league for a different club even. When Mou was speaking of long term plan, bringing youth, creating team for next 10 years, I have feeling he done quite opposite. Sure our team has age on their side, and many will only reach peak in couple years, but very possible, our best young players wont even be here when they reach peak, while older ones have already peaked or are in stage of rapid decline. Iva for example is the man for today. He has experience and old school play on his side, but he is already declining and will soon be out, our our defense will keep conceding. Mou only sees what is the best for team right now, but if he actualy thought of our future, he would put Azpi on right and bring top LB for left side and actualy play him. Or at least, that should be done this summer, but Mou keeps playing Iva. That is a big sign of lacking the vision right there. Whatever happens, Im behind whoever is at the club, be it Mou or someone else. But I hope we fix things before it gets even worse. Right now Blanc, Alegri, Mou are three coaches that have teams who can achieve alot alot more, but they are not capable of doing it.

Baba was regarded as one of best LB prospects, look how that turned under Mou. I think right now only experienced players will fit under Mou and improve us. Neves would come as big thing, but Mourinho would still find way to play Ramires ahead of him, I dont think we operate as club that turns top talents into top players. You need to be quite established player to succeed under Mou and you need to fit his style or be high and strong etc. Imo we missed several players that would fit our team perfectly in Vidal, Aurier, Alexis etc. You cant have them all but those were picture perfect for Mou style.

I always liked him for the work he puts in. Never been a fan of his offensive displays tho. But boy, he actualy fights for this team along Azpi. If only other players would do the same.

Great talent that could be one of best in couple years along with Tielemans and Bazoer. But mind you all that right now we need leaders who are also experienced players.

One thing we know for sure is Jose is jose and wont ever change. He will blame the grass before he will admit his mistakes and blame himself and try to do things differently. Worst is that he keeps blaming refs and speaks himself as greatest manager of all time who is never wrong. With that attitude we wont improve for a while.

When whole team plays like shit despite having such talented squad, big part to blame is the management department. I will stand behind Mou, but this is embarassing. But eventualy if things will not improve, either majority of squad will be replaced or Mou will fly. In that case I hope for the second, because if he cant fix things with such talented squad, its he who is not able to handle the things and do his job. Its only him who kept playing Iva, him who plays Zouma on RB, him who keeps picking Cesc. The whole team cant just turn shit in few months because they are out of form. Its either bad mentality, management, training, etc. For sure players perform like shit right now, but maybe all they need is a change. Mou is now here for 3 years and we play even worse than before. No improvement anywhere. Yeah we wont title last year, but look where we are now. In deep shit. I knew he isnt SAF, someone who could stay at one club for ages, but I didnt expect this either. I love the man, but I would let him go before he fucks up whole squad. Maybe the thing at Real was real after all. They were mentaly over under him, but won CL just year later.

He reminds me slightly of Cesc... Playing regular since age 17/18, already captaining etc. Problem with such players is that the decline sooner than others because they can get over 100 apps before age of 20... Big talent tho and portugese, Im bit surprised that Mou didnt bring single portugal player to chelsea since his return.

I dont think Hulk is worth 40m but if he was cheaper he would be worth a risk in PL. Suits the style perfectly and has probably the best long range shot of all players in today football. His personality is questionable tho as he doesnt seem to be ambitious enough. But I dont get so called football experts on this forum who say Hulk is overrated he plays in russia etc, but then they go with Yarmolenko as great player and so and so on despite he plays in ukraine...

Willian free kicks 99. This dude was practicing whole summer I guess. Alot better performance than before from the team, but still missing the killer touch we had last season. Should win tonight, but I wont complain, it was finaly a match that was entertaining enough I didnt fall asleep.

Finaly a good game from him. Expect him to improve from now on.

Of all people who gained shitload of weight in our team, the one who should gain it, didnt...still looks too weak despite his agressive play.

One exception doesnt make a rule. I have seen Konoplanka and he is good, but not for chelsea. Seriously people think such player can elevate us to next level or fix problems? We aint fucking sevilla or tottenham. Either we should look for next Hazard (potential) or top player like Bale (he aint available but someone of same quality who is available) Yet when someone mentions Hulk people say he is only playing in russia (not saying we should buy him, but just an example).

Instead we have Pedro who is more and more looking like average player. First game was bang and second was good, but then he turned average... I think if we gonna stick with Mou, its time to stop bringing some wannabes like Fabregas, Pedro etc and get players who actualy have balls. ligue 1, PL players, top african players etc. Cant stand that we have defending coach who cant get any decent football with such talented squad and on the other hand players who dont show balls and get the work done.

We have fallen very deep if people get excited over Konoplyanka or Yarmolenko... Ffs we should look for top players or at least with huge potential, not some wannabe ukrainian league star. These two are tottenham material, Yarmolenko is good but he is playing in poor league and is already what, 25? Pass...
