What realy makes him stand out is his physicality. After all we play in PL and we missed that kind of player for a while since the days of old guard. He might not be creative enough for winger, but for wingback, almost perfect. A no nonsense player who keeps things simple, no bullshit. I love that.

He is good comeon, but he was never worth close to 100m. Never. All this hype changed his attitude and play, he is now playing to do things alone instead of playing for a team. He is brilliant physical beast, quick and realy good with ball, but instead of working on his defense to become complete CM, he went the other way to a Ronaldo wannabe. For a CM he aint good tactician and for AM he aint creative or productive enough. But it doesnt help he has to play in pivot next to Fellaini. There is still chance for him to be world class, but yeah was never worth 100m and people shouldnt judge him on that.

Love the performance so far. Pressing from wings is brilliant and everyone is doing their job at tracking back and going forward. Please keep it up in the second half lads.

Yes but two years ago they were close, now De Gea went up and Tibo down. I have little against Tibo from performance level althrough he needs to improve. What realy bothers me are his comments about other clubs and countries which is disrespectful. He is Chelsea player and should either say he will stay or that he wont. If he has no commitment and plans to leave us, then I want him gone. As for the GKs, right now Oblak is definately better than Tibo and since I know him quite well, a great guy too.

Ibra is not the fastest and Terry is experienced enough not to get intimidated by him. Would be good for us I think.

I remember he was compared to De Gea alot. We see where those two stand today. De Gea had awful defense too but still managed to make brillaint games and save United countless times. Courtois on other hand has only been as good as his defense. When they play well, he does and vice versa. Its been along time since he won us game or gave belief to other players with his saves. Nowdays he is just a passive player in team. And people said De Gea has more acrobatic saves and he gets alot of attention, while Tibo positions himself better. But thing is Tibo conceded shitload of long range goals he should save if he had great positioning. Courtois today is arguably most overrated GK in the world. He was great in atketico and very good in first season here, but it went down ever since. I know a GK plays better if he has better defence, but a GK must also show he is good individualy and performs when others dons; that he has character and mentality. And Tibo shown very little of that. Basicaly everytime he looks like he is half asleep during games. If he doesnt want to be here, he can go. But fuck no I wont wait his contract run up, possible replacements move to other clubs, wasting time just so Tibo can make up his mind or wait till Madrid or Barca wants him so he can make his dream move. Hell no.

If HE wants to fark off after we sold Cech to accomodate him, after we changed GK coach to accomodate him, then he can fark off. He is neither a leader of the team, a character or in great form. We make sure we get shitload of cash, theres plenty of quality young GKs like Oblak or Donnaruma. As long we get proper replacement, we will be fine.

He was injured not long ago and only played to level it was needed. Still glided through defense with ease. But obviously his age will catch up to him sooner or later.

There is the best coach in the world, Pep. I knew he wont dissapoint me. No striker, defenders with those passes in defence and no balance in play vs best attacking side in the world. Pep got himself all wrong. Tbh, they didnt deserve such high defeat, but like I said, Pep cant adapt. And nice football is saving him from public saying he is outdated. Today he can make his team play nice and make Sterlings and Comans look like world beaters, but thats about it. He is better at marketing than at coaching.

I just hope the players and Antonio wont chicken out like they did against pool or arsenal. Fight till last second and I wont realy mind the result whatever it might be.

Before Pep, Bayer was adaptable, now they only know to play one way, which is Pep's. Ancelotti doesnt play tiki taka. It will take him some time to reshape the team again. Thats what I was talking about. Pep changed the whole culture at bayern as his legacy which was wrong because apart from Pep there wont be another coach at bayern who plays tiki taka with that spanish contingent. If Pep kept more neutral team with Kroos etc, it would be easier for Ancelloti (or any other manager) to implement their style. And when you talk about bayern in shadows. Its true. But Pep was no different back then. Lots of people hated new style, even the players. It takes time. And still, didnt Bayern got some record for winning start in buli this season? It will be good match for Pep tonight, we will see how good or not city is right now.

Atletico and Real have ban next summer so that probably saved us. I am certain Diego would want to leave next summer but now he wont have that option and that will mean he will be here for quite a while (4yrs) and maybe decide to stay here for even longer.

Realy the last thing we need right now. We have Costa on fire, Bats good potential and theres Tammy who is looking better and better.

Great that we made another waste of loan with Kenedy to Watford. Good way to stall progress of player who IMO did best of all our youngsters last season.

I think we dont yet know how good and valuable player we got in the summer. Everyone talks about that it will be hard to keep Eden or Costa, but Kante is the same. He is the player every top team would like to have and it will be great success if we manage to keep him for his prime years.

Bailly is good yes. Realy fast and no nonsense player. Ramos did improve alot, but to me he is still suspect in defense. He is brilliant leader and character, no doubt, but when I watch him, he always makes late challenges, and better players take advantage of it. Ramos is widely regarded best CB in Real, but truth is Pepe was by far more reliable past few years when it comes to defending IMO. He had, like Ramos, agression issues, but since Carlo he was ever reliable and underrated. Its good to have a CB who knows what to do with the ball indeed, I always hate it when they just hoof the ball away. But they should not be rated how they pass, but how good they defend.

Well he had Carvalho in his prime years and Riccy was one great CB that Terry couldnt wish for a better partner. But Im not exactly sure what you are pointing at tho

Not exactly world class teams, but this season been amazing so far. Very competitive, I love it. Several teams who are doing realy well. I always hated Pool and Spurs and still do, but I actualy respect and like Klopp and Poch. Gonna be interesting to see who comes on top. City is perhaps just a tad stronger than the rest, but still not too strong. While its alot harder for us to win and come on top, I like other teams like United, Pool and Spurs present a good challenge nowdays. It will make us stronger, because we will either need to improve big time or let them walk over us and I think thats not in the plans.
