  1. Happy to meet before a game if we end up going for the same one
  2. Regardless of the result, I have to agree. Gave Forest nothing to think about today. What a waste of the first 60 mins
  3. Conceding even with this conservative set up 👏🏽
  4. Needs to be taken off today for an attacking player.
  5. Forest played the exact same way last week at Old Trafford We look short of at least one attacker here and we have Ben out of position again
  6. Ah that’s good Poch must juggle three LBs till January. Maybe Maatsen can be placeholder for Nkunku till he’s back
  7. Might be in London in the same period. Any answers would be appreciated. Any chance of getting a ticket for the Chelsea Brentford game (Oct 28)? Are sites like livefootballtickets the only way?
  8. Humphreys loan looks a good level for him. He can challenge Badiashile/Colwill or grow in value and be sold for Guehi/Tomori money in future.
  9. Bad situation having Maatsen on a contract that's less than a year. Could lose him for free
  10. Its only Chalobah Humphreys and Sarr who are extras. None seem to be the kind of characters to kick up a fuss. Chalobah to Bayern is still on so hopefully he goes. And Sarr is talking to Fulham, Forest.
  11. They were also offering a 2m loan fee when Chelsea was looking for 5-8m. And I think board is contemplating selling Maatsen in any case if he doesn't sign a new deal
  12. Cucurella may not be moving after all. Played yesterday and there is a chance of Maatsen being sold if he doesn't sign a new deal before the deadline
  13. Deadline is 11 pm on Sep 1 will be Sep 2 morning for you (and me)
  14. It is still a gamble when Palmer is 2 years younger without many senior minutes. When there was already Noni, Angelo Gabriel and Mudryk, I think more experienced cover was needed
  15. Also one where Maddison went for 40m, Kudus went for 37m. We have clearly overpaid.
  16. Dont think any country can watch this game
  17. City and Pep don't usually stop players who want to leave. Only exception has been Bernardo Silva in recent years
  18. With the exception of Bernardo Silva, Pep has not stopped players from moving, even when it has been quality players. And like it was mentioned before, his education in a setup like City would be valuable.
  19. I doubt they'll agree to such a figure but for what its worth, Brighton had a 30m bid rejected this summer. Dortmund and West Ham were also interested with figures quoted at a similar range https://www.eurosport.com/football/transfers/2023-2024/cole-palmer-considers-manchester-city-exit-as-west-ham-prepare-for-lucas-paqueta-switch-paper-round_sto9746892/story.shtml
  20. This is experienced for the board.
  21. No chance they agree but among all the attackers mentioned, this guy is the only one I'd consider bidding over 50m
  22. How about a 30m bid for Kai Havertz
  23. Is the most sensible option at this point but with these owners, you never know. I'd wait till 24 and see who becomes available
