They would have the same issues but at least they seemed game-ready. The seniors who replaced them were hardly older and are behind on preparation - Ugo, Lavia, Palmer
Chaos summer 2.0 is one more reason for this start.
Poch decision was simply to say he doesn’t see Santos getting game time once Caicedo and Lavia were signed. The club took the call to send him to Forest.
the club made good calls to send Casadei to Leicester, others to Strasbourg. But Forest playing low block football was a bad idea
Hope Santos can salvage something out of this loan - work his way into the team and get experience.
One of the reasons the plan was only Nkunku was because data guided the club's moves for Mudryk Madueke Palmer. Only creative player we were linked with in the Nkunku mould was Cherki.
More often the data gives you athletic players who play safe, have high pass % not necessarily the players who try risky passes and have the ability to weigh it just right and create chances.
What's the idea behind not playing Ben Chilwell at left back? Is Poch concerned about height that he's playing Colwill at LB? The left side is unable to string together an attack
Decent signings in defense and midfield. Can't really complain about seeing Caicedo, Gusto, Lavia, Enzo brought in. But betting our season on Nkunku was a bad call.

Awful but completely expected to see the pressure from the fanbase is already skyrocketing.
For me, Poch has had the right attitude and is dealing with an uprooted squad. We have to give him as long as possible before abandoning this. The issue is not management even though Poch has not helped himself with some tactical choices.
Chilwell not playing left back for five games is a strange call and it’s on Poch. The left side is an attacking dead zone. Only consistent danger has been Sterling and Gusto on the right
Sounding very much like the same stat gurus who kept waiting for Werner and co. to start posting monster attacking numbers
I'd wait till November before concluding the worst is yet to come. Seen enough in the games and with Enzo playing well that we can get better in attack
Long long season ahead
I think the doom and gloom here will be lifted partially as Lavia and Palmer begin playing and Ben Chilwell is moved back to his defensive position. Even though we've dropped points, the performances have been okay to good so far. Enzo misses a pen vs West Ham which could have taken the game our way
