Lol,there is no being humble when it comes down to men and their knobs.

@ Stingray Me too. I am definitely South African. Quite Strange how accurate it is.

After reading this thread, How many TC members measured their 'member'?

The second half was good because Brentford ended up chasing the game so it became more open. We still have a lot to work on but a win it is.

David neads to calm down with the aggression off the ball during games. I like agression but it needs to be controlled aggression. I like the guy and I like his playing style but I dont like the dirty antics. What he did to that Brentfod youngster should have been a red.IMO. And no im not one of these guys that doesnt like contact sports.

Some sick jokes going round: His favourite band is bullet for my vallentine. Also apparently he has no leg to stand on in court. Also people always knew he had a screw loose but they most thought it was in his ankle.

http://www.sport24.co.za/OtherSport/Athletics/Oscars-bullet-ad-removed-20130214 Nike are very unlucky with the people they select to sponsor (Tiger Woods/Oscar, not sure if Lance was also with them?)

@Rmpr Here in Cape Town we have a huge amount of tourists from Germany and Holland, they do Kite Surfing here, you can see the ones that come every year and which ones are new tourists. If I was a criminal it would be easy pickings.Blend in as much as you possibly can.

I have lived all my life in SA, I have never been mugged or shot at.I have been pick pocketed and caught the guy and beat the shit out of him but never have I had a gun held to my head. Unfortunately the people that do move to Australia or Uk and cry that our Country is so dangerous. Rather than stand together and do something about it they run away to 'greener pastures'.
-
WTF man I will never travel there its so dangerous, damn you guys pass judgement without actually knowing the truth. The car flame thrower was an idea that I have never seen actually put on a car. Yes we have our dangerous areas and we do have violent crime but it is mostly happening in rural areas and main city centres. Cape Town city center is safe enough to walk around alone but if you walk around with you wallet bulging carrying your IPad and iphone around for everyone to see, I am afraid you are going to get mugged, but this could happen in certain areas of Brazil, New York, wherever. I have lived in JHB and I have to say it is a more dangerous place we have high walls we have electric fencing but its not like we get robbed all the time. Lots of our crime is because of illegal immigrants and poverty. Its unfortunate because we have a really beautiful country. As for Oscar, he has been charged with murder, he was reportedly having fight with his girlfriend the night before and also screaming was heard by neighbors before the gun shots. I was never a Oscar Pistolius fan as he was a hot head. I feel sorry for his Girlfriend and her family as she had so much potential and she was a FHM model.

I too was a huge Drogba fan but I found it easy for him to leave as it was the right time almost. I was really glad he hadn't moved to a Premiership side. I think the club will make the right decision in the end when it comes to our older players as they have so much more information to base their decisions on. They unfortunately didn't make the right choice in our squad depth. We have talented youngsters which could have lit up the PL but unfortunately they seem to lack something and I'm not too sure what it is. If it is that they just don't play with the passion then well that is something very difficult to read in a player before he is signed up and I doubt it can be fixed my Rafa. John Terry has loads of passion for CFC but we need it to be spread around the squad really quickly.
-
Terry will never be forgotten.
-
I guess from that point of view you are right but fans create a relationship with players and find it hard to let go, just different outlooks i guess. From the clubs perspective the quicker and sooner the better I guess. Do you not feel that Lampard still has so much to offer, maybe not in the pivot but behind the striker? If we get a good pivot Lampard could be used in a squad with the correct rotation?
-
I completely agree with your points and feel the same about his recovery speed and agility but he is still a boss in the air, even though very little of the game is played in the air these days bar maybe Stokes style of play. Just thought you spoke about him a bit harsh, maybe instead of getting rid of him we can edge him out "slowly".
-
You don't just get rid of Legends of a club, I agree with you that he is aging and not as agile but its the way you are saying it that makes you seem like you have something personal against JT. A few people called for JT to be put in against Reading for defensive structure but TBH i didnt see much defensive structure yesterday , what could be the reason for this?
-
I don't contribute much but I read loads and I feel Hutcho CFC is a great poster.

If we keep on starting Torres ahead of Ba his morale is going to drop surely? Especially as he can see Torres isn't effective up front alone. Ba is a must, also players that return to their previous clubs always seem to score against them.....Lets do this KTBFFH :cfc:
-
I too wont loose my shit just yet. For the first goal Ivanovic could have blocked it but the commitment wasn't there, he didn't fully commit to the block, he also gave the ball away numerous times. Also Oscar has scored some great goals before tonight cut the boy some slack, the great turn and shoot in the Champions League, when he volley chipped the keeper and last weeks one against Brentford so I don't think that its not that he cant finish rather than he might not be as sharp as he could be, and that's down to mental state and training. Rafa needs to get the best out of our players and I don't think he is, IMO
-
Ramires is awesome not only does he get in tackles but once he breaks you cant catch him. He doesn't use trickery to pass defenders but he uses a touch around them and his pace. With regards to his decision making lets not forget the pass he supplied to Drogba against Barca in the CL. He is also entitled to have a rush of blood to the head and take a shot. Yes he should of got his shot on target though, but he tried to kill the keeper and skied it. I also thought Oscar was good, he worked hard when they countered and was good with the ball. All in all it wasn't a loss and that's what counts right now.
-
Also they will claim they didnt use Jack Wilshire, their secret weapon.
-
I am patriotic but I do understand why he chose to take the decision he did.
-
The real recipe for beating Arsenal is a big cup of DD11.
-
I also felt he would have fitted in well here, the Bafana fans were upset that he retired as he was one of our hopes, they calling him a coward. They feel the fact that he can play for the Toffees and not his Country is pathetic.
-
He has retired recently from our NT, he never performs because even though he scores the odd goal for Everton he is more of a creator and he does that well. The problem was we had one decent striker (McCarthy) when Pienaar wasn't involved now we have a striker that doesn't provide much option for Pienaar. I think he retired out of frustration.
-
Not my team, Bafana Bafana dont know what a goal is,,,except maybe for Tshabalala.
