There are 2 things watching Mata plays that frustrate me. One, he needs to improve physically. It's just annoying that at times, other players rob the ball so easily of him! The other would be for him to improve his right foot. I just get terribly annoyed when players are so one-footed that they can't do anything with their weaker foot. Not saying Mata is one but you can see he isn't comfortable when he needs to use his right foot.

Debuchy is from Ligue 1 as well. The French league may not be a renown league like the EPL, La Liga or Serie A but there are definitely plenty of talents in it. Furthermore, Azpilicueta is a Spanish anyway.

This is a 'WIN or BUST' game for us. 3 points and we'll be still in contention for a Top 4 finish. Anything other than that, it's sayonara to the Champions League next season.

Azpilicueta from Marseille. A very good young right back and he'll cost us only 12 million if you believe reports in the winter transfer window.

We should definitely let him go. Need to break up this old guard thing and his best performances are already few and far between. No point keeping him any longer. He's already 34 as well.

Agree with that. Finishing in the Top 4 would just paper over the cracks. Roman and the board have to realize that our squad needs a massive overhaul!

Our recent away form is what probably will cost us a place in the Top 4. Just 1 win from the last 8 PL away games. We used to be very strong in away matches in recent years but now, we're nothing but poor travellers. Embarrasing really.

Funny thing was Pepe shook the referee's hand at the end of the game with some sort of innocent look.

Most fans had probably wanted him to start after his performance against Napoli. But now because he didn't do anything, people want him out. Fickle.

Is Mourinho really cracking up? From a 10-point lead, it's now down to just 6 and they still have trips to Atletico Madrid, Bilbao and of course Barcelona!

Still massively disappointed about the result. It look like it's gonna be one of those smash and grab game but we ended up with absolutely nothing in the end.

Bitterly disappointed with the result and performance. It also showed how much have changed that we now have to go to Man City and park the bus against them. We hardly offered any attacking threat whatsoever. Got into a couple promising situations in the first half but the lack of quality in the final third was apparent! Hardly created any chance!

Even if City starts Kolarov, I think Sturridge can still get at him. He's great going forward but a suspect defensively.

Personally, I think it's more of hope than anything else at this point. IF we can win our remaining 10 games, then we will finish in the Top 4. But that is unlikely to happen. So, it will all depends on us winning as many games as possible and hope Tottenham and/or Arsenal both stumble along the way. Our cause are of course not help by our remaining away games especially. City away tonight and then Villa, Fulham, Arsenal and Liverpool. All very tough in their own way.

Lol. TBF, we have already helped them by beating City in the reverse fixture. They may have beat the rest for us but we did not help our own cause by failing to win against lesser sides!
