Yes, many times before and Malaysia too, where the weather are almost similar. I know the weather there can be extremely terrible when it's hot/summer but just not sure it is as bad as you're making it out to be.

He may be unselfish but his inability to pick out the right final pass, making the right decision in the final third is the frustrating thing. As said before, his main strength now is just his pace. Until he starts thinking on how to utilize it and maximize it to its full potential, he will be nothing more than just an average player. He's too much of a one trick pony now. Want to have English players at the club too but not just for the sake of having them. IF we want to buy English players, then fine but it's gotta be for the sake of the team and making sure it improves the team, not for the sake of having more Englishmen in the team.

Wrong. That was in Carlo's second season where we lost all our pre-season games but one against Crystal Palace. We went to US also back in Carlo's first season. Won all games but one, that 2-2 draw against Reading. For a moment there, I mistakenly took Hazard for one of the youth lads, only to realized it awhile later. Quite possibly true. AVB pays lots of attention to tactics and Van der Vaart doesn't like that. He came out once and said that Mourinho tactical team talks are very boring and how he prefers 'Arry's simpler style of management.
