Yes take a look at this article: Sevilla have conceded fewer goals (30) than any other team in La Liga this season and much of that is down to Koundé’s influence at the back. The 23-year-old also has the ability to bring the ball forward and set Sevilla on the front foot. He has made more forward passes (1,703) than any other outfielder in La Liga since the start of last season and this attribute would suit Chelsea in their quest to dominate opponents. https://www.theguardian.com/football/who-scored-blog/2022/may/18/who-Chelsea-sign-rudiger-christensen-azpilicueta-defenders

Something I don't understand is why PSG not sell Mbappe in the summer? Now they are going to lose him for free. That is not good business to me.
-
Penalty is a lottery. To me it shows good we get this far with the team with have. Most games against Liverpool has been tied under TT. We need to improve in some areas to take the next step. We did take a major step backward with Lukaku. Please don't give him another season.
-
I hope we don't do a Torres. Give him another season to see if he comes good. He can do good under the Serie A and system they used, but not our style. Please don't make a mistake and want to keep him around after scoring a couple of goals.
-
It was good that this happened. It killed Jose shadow and now we are a bit more careful on younger players.
-
Sell him and replace with another winger
-
Rice is not going to sign anything, and West Ham should be careful as if they continue like this he will walk away for free. That is the trend lately with the players. Like what is happening with Mbappe. I was thinking this morning what if we go for Mbappe? With new owner and TT we could try to convince him to come over here? If he liked working with TT then we can try to convince hm.
-
I think T Silva has actually helped him improve as well TT. If anyone the one that needs true replacement is Silva, because he has been solid since coming. So sad that he is not any younger. Next season should be Silva last season, so looking to see if anyone we buy can start taking that role.

Erling Haaland: Man City confirm agreement to sign Borussia Dortmund striker in £51m deal https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11679/12609563/erling-haaland-man-city-confirm-agreement-to-sign-borussia-dortmund-striker-in-51m-deal 51 million? While Lukaku cost 97 million?
-
How are we able to deal if we still under sanctions? Has it been lifted already?
-
I think this was the best deal that could be done under the circumstances. Everything that I heard from him in his interview strikes me as someone that will help grow the team, value the fans and let the staff do their work.
-
We should get Raphina if leeds go down. Don't let him go to Barcelona. If Everton go down which I doubt we should get Richarlison.
-
Tomori is doing good in a pub league. Should always take those stats in Serie A with a pinch of salt, because of Lukaku.
-
Likewise I agree, for me Rice is worth the money we paid for Lukaku. Just sell Lukak ASAP and use the money that we get from that to get Rice.
-
I'm glad that is out and now we can finish with Boehly. Seems to me with Boehly we will keep Tuchel around for a while, unless TT wants to go. But everything points to him being happy here and as well new owner with him. And looking at the interview with Boehly he is not triggered happy like Roman. So that is good and he will help bring stability in that department. I think what Liverpool has done with Kloop is something we are going. As Chelsea under TT are something similar, and the new owners are in the same mold of Liverpool.
-
Well yeah that one, but that was at 14 age. Is different then the ones like Tomori, Livramento and what not. If any the club feel like the one they let go was Lukaku despite him being crap. And now they realize they made a mistake in buying him. Rice is a different scenario. To me he is worth the money that Lukaku cost. Heck if we can sell Lukaku for 50 million...I don't know how much we can get for him and use that money to get back Rice then awesome!
-
We knew that. Thus it was dumb to get him. Lukaku can be good in another type of system like it was with Conte. But the pressing machine like us, and Liverpool it will not work. So that's why it's important to sell him and just get a winger. We might not need to get a CF at this time since no one can fit the game we want to play. Not even Liverpool have a true CF because of that. It would be good to have, but one that can help with the pressing, does not exist in this moment.
-
He is good, but fits under my Serie A criteria. I take it with a pinch of salt. Would have been good to have a buy back, but he was here many years and hardly ever giving a chance. Mount and now Gallagher fits better our future then what he could have bring.
-
I was talking to someone about this. At one time I was a bit sad about Tomori, but then I said to myself, it's Serie A. Where Lukaku looks like a beast. So performance at Serie A is not something we should take serious as a barometer. Then there was Tomori height which is not good for CB, and when I consider this then I realize we made good in selling Tomori as well Tammy. The only youth that I have a doubt if we did the right thing as to sell was Guehi. He would fit the CB we need, I think he is even better then Chalobah. But if we can get a nice CB then it will not all bad for this one. Also bum out about Livramento but we have a buy back so not all bad. Then there is Lamptey, I like the guy but his height has also been a problem....who knows we could try to get him back in the future. All in all as far as youth, there's no one that I feel like, we let that get away.

But what happens to Ratcliffe?
-
I wanted Ratcliffe before, but I started to fell in love with Boehly. Now I don't know what to choose 😥
-
What the heck is going on here? Why is he demanding so much when he is sanction?
-
I just saw a video where Todd is neither he wants to push for the middle. He said it's a big problem in the USA where you got the extreme right and extreme left and they no longer work with each other. And he is true both extreme are wrong because you will never accomplish anything. Otherwise it's going to be fighting and drama all the time as we have now. Here in this video
-
For those that have not seen this video, very interesting men. Comes across as someone that will let tuchel stay and build something without the pressure that Roman used to had.

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/apr/14/uk-government-imposes-sanctions-on-Chelsea-fc-director-eugene-tenenbaum UK government imposes sanctions on Chelsea FC director Eugene Tenenbaum The department said the asset freezes would “prevent these assets from being repatriated to Russia and used to fund Putin’s war machine”. I thought that bit was interesting. If we are preventing from assets going to Russia so they don't use for war, then what are we doing with countries buying oil and natural resources from them? Not even to mention China doing some sort of business with Russia.
