We got lucky that the ref did not noticed that elbow to Aguero head. I don't understand Terry, but why he has to do some stupid stuff every now and then? The famous knee to the back of Sanchez is always in my mind. He might be a great defender, but sometimes he gets a little of David Luiz where the blood rushes to his head and does something stupid.

This guys is turning into a player I really like. Why? Because I like his attitude. He brings a very positive vibe to the club. He is very excited to be here, and he loves playing in the field. Now not to say he still has some rough edges around him but the guy is very young and has a lot of room to grow. Lampard was not a big player before, but his right mentality and hard work made him a great all around player. Schurrle positive vibe can also take him very far.

But he seems a more mature man now. He made a lot of mistakes in Madrid and it seems he has learned from that. Also with SAF retiring, Mourinho has now become one of the most experience managers in the world. And with such a responsibility you have to grow up and act like the older experience manager you are. Not the gun ho/sometimes immature manager that we first had when he came. So great Mourinho for improving your character and your humility. Liking this Chelsea and this Mourinho a lot each week.

Yeah spot on, it was a game anyone could have won, or easily ended in a draw. And I thought everyone would have been content with that, but luck was on our side....or more like Hart saved the day!

Yeah but we got lucky. And luck is something we have missed with Mourinho sometimes in the past. Especially when we do penalties, in fact he continues to have bad luck in penalties when he was at Madrid. Hopefully things changes this time as we need a bit of luck.

Really good post. For me since I was growing up my favorite coach ever was hiddink. It was a really great pleasure and honour to have that man, but Mourinho is something else. I think if he can continue with his passion and enthusiasm for the club then in two decades we will be talking of him with great gratitude as people do with saf and United. I mean is not not like people do now, but if he can sustain glory for decades like saf at our team that will be legendary. The only manager that I can see rivaling him in this present time is klopp. I know a lot of people will say Guardiola but there's something about him that does not get me excited as when I see Mourinho or klopp on the line. Now that saf has retired, the biggest coach name in the world will be Mourinho and klopp for me. And we are lucky at least to have one of them. :-)

What is funny that they thought they would turn all attacking with Carlo, but he came out with this game using a defensive line up. Which to be fair, I'm surprised since when Carlo was at Chelsea we would be all attacking.

Yeah that's true. Which is why I think Mata will not be that great for us. Mata does not suit the counter system and usually has been very bad as of late. Oscar is the perfect mold for that counter system that Mourinho likes to implement.

Well Azpicilueta did not get much chances earlier and the few he has gotten he has impress and improve. This last game against Schalke being the best. Giving how Mourinho is I think and I hope he keeps using Azpi since he has put a good shift. He earned it. I say KDB will have to do the same in the coming weeks.

The dude was really great. Hopefully Mourinho keeps playing him because he has done a better job then Cole this whole season so far as a LB. I know Azpi is not a LB, but if he can adjust to that role then we solve our LB issue as Cole has been woeful this season and Ryan doing so so.
