  1. I think our next manager will be here for 3 years and growing. Not the interim one but the one we appoint after him.
  2. But my question is if Mourinho knew they was not giving their best why play them? This is the guy that said he just need a couple of minutes to figure the future of a young player.....
  3. Well I have to point out that I genuinely believe Roman wanted to make it work with Mourinho. But the fact that we was one point above relegation zone by December forced him to act as well losing the dressing room.
  4. True, atmosphere in the dressing room is vital. This is why people was surprised that Mourinho a man management lost at Real Madrid. Then the same thing happened at Chelsea. At Real he poked the eye of Tito. At Chelsea he took it out on the medic. This is not good and you can see from Real to Chelsea how such things creates a bad vibe.
  5. Well you answer it then my friend. It's all about money as City has already won tittle without having the best manager in the world...... Build it and he will come. We won CL, EL, FA cup. Hardly not bad at all. We will survive and win again. If City can do it (And they didn't had the "Special One), so can we.
  6. I'm sure KDB and Sterling went to City because of the amazing Pellegrini.....
  7. What does booing your own players accomplish? It's like when Benitez had that rant at the fans during his time with us. It doesn't make sense to boo your own players when you need to bounce. We need to become better and get out of relegation zone, and people booing won't help. I'm glad Roman ain't like that, but gives support to the players.
  8. Bielsa rumoured to be close to taking over at Swansea City http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/dec/18/mauricio-pochettino-marcelo-bielsa-one-of-best-managers-in-world-swansea-city-tottenham I really want to give this guy a try. I'm sure if he goes to Swansea must of us will be saying later why we didn't give him a stab. Just for a season just to see how it goes.
  9. Well now that's he gone I have to say my favorite moment under the second stint of Mourinho is this:
  10. Basically this. Some people are stuck in the past and don't want to evolve. Times have change and won't be the same.
  11. Roman Abramovich had to sack Jose Mourinho, says Jamie Carragher http://www.skysports.com/football/news/29327/10102776/roman-abramovich-had-to-sack-jose-mourinho-says-jamie-carragher Pretty much what I believe as well. No other option here but to sack the manager then sack the entire team. No one who runs a modern club would do otherwise.
  12. Yeah that's the lowest you can get. Can never turn on Roman. He is the man and that's that.
  13. Well if that's the case, then as the cliche goes around these days "it's much easier to fire the manager then the players" is true. I would have also done the same even if the players are also to blame. I believe this thinking is like this today because the amount of money clubs manages in this time of age. Funny that because of a monetary decision Mourinho is sack, the manager that has had big money available to do good with his squads....
  14. I agree with everything you said but still that is not the reason we are one point above relegation in December. If I was running the club I would have done the same. Say what you want about Wenger but it has never been like this. He at least manages to make top 4. With Mourinho it was all gone.
  15. Men that is a serious piss poor excuse for the state we are on if that's what you are trying to point at. Because even if we bought no one there's no absolute reason to be one point above relegation by December, none!
  16. That's what we need, a young blood to dazzle us and give us hope. Hiddink is not that but there's nothing that can be done till the summer. Hopefully we can do alright.
  17. A fun game to watch. Despite all the shenanigans I will still support Chelsea no matter what. Just hopefully we don't get relegated! A season without cl won't be the end of the world, we will just need to do our best next season to get back. Because two seasons without cl then it starts to hurt.
  18. Despite all the dislike to emanolo I still like him because I thought he did a great job of getting young and exciting players. All this came to a stop once Mourinho came to the club and started trading our talent for players that will eventually "betray" him. Ah the irony. Anyhow with emanolo at the club we should go back to getting young and exciting talents and should do good this time now that Mourinho is gone for good.
  19. Well we will only know by who we appoint in the summer since no doubt hiddink is coming in as a term management.
  20. Chelsea is one of the biggest clubs in the world and is one point above the relegation places in the Premier League; that is not good enough. - Emanolo Say what you want about the guy but that was the brutal truth!
  21. Playing for Jose Mourinho 'very exhausting,' says Demba Ba http://espnfc.com/chelsea/story/2761206/playing-for-jose-mourinho-very-exhausting-demba-ba
  22. Not similar but he came from that school. I guess I meant it wrong. I meant it more like avb. He was with the man and learned a lot from him.
  23. Pochetino is of the Bielsa school. Him and pep are. This is why I wanted to have someone like Bielsa to prepare the grounds for someone else to take over. But Bielsa is like Mourinho, too crazy personality and these are not good for long term. Prefare someone like Pochetino, so that's a good shout out for someone like him. The only problem would be his experience in Europe but who cares about that just as long as we can get back on track.
  24. Well the match day goers will be mad, sad etc etc the first few weeks, but this will also pass. I think we was doing good in the past before Mourinho came, but the shadow of his former self was too tempting. Now after this season that is gone, it will be a relief for future staff as they no longer have such a big shadow hanging on them. The same thing is happening at United. No manager will be good enough for them because of the standard SAF left. This is why I really believe this a reset button for us to move forward and find our own identity. Free from the shadow of Mourinho.
  25. Yeah but it will only last for the first few weeks. No one will care if we are doing good come March and have a positive outlook for next season.
